One of the worst Dealer I come accross. They are worst in customer service. I bought Accura RDX from this dealer. They sold the car with automatic Hood opening issue. They mentioned in the contract stating that they will fix once they get the part. They told me that they ordered the part and will get in 1 or 2 days. I waited for 2 weeks. No response. I made mutiple calls, left message and mutiple text message, and finally told me that they got the part on Thursday(3 weeks later) and asked me to come on Saturday. On Friday I got call saying that they got bad part.. Again another promiise saying that they will do it in 2 or 3 days. Nothing happened. Again I called 2 or 3 times. Fincally one Saturday, they fixed it (after 5 weeks). Now I am facing another issue. They are supposed to send my License plate within 60 days. They charged $350+ for all these. .I called them 3 weeks ago and they told me that they will get it that Monday. As usual, no update. I texted them 10 days ago and they told me that they are tracking down the Plate where it is. Today they told me that they are waiting from Accura financial to get the title and transfer it to me. It looks like they they sold the car without Title in their hand. It is 56th day Iafter I bought the car from them aand we have 0nly 4 days. Lot of False promises. So I fed up with these folks and called their accounting department. Accounting Lady answered so rude and her answer is that I need to wait another 4 days. I asked her "will you return $350 if I do not get License Plate in another 4 days/". She answered rude and told me that she can not return any money and cut off the phone. My feeling is that they are not organized and they do not know what a customer service is.

My experience at your dealership has been less than desirable. I spoke to AJ once when I made my initial visit to the dealership. Where he got all of my information and what was claimed to be a "Car buying" process started. I was then told by AJ he had another appointment and saber was going to take over my information. Then however Joey came down and sat with me to go over options. He told me that he was going to make some calls to the bank and see what he could do. We made an appointment for me to come by around 4:30 the next day. I then got there and was not addressed until 50 minutes after I arrived. Then I was approached by Miguel, so at this point I have had 4 different points of contact throwing any type of buyer seller relationship out the window. Miguel then told me he was able able to do certain deals for me with certain cars but could not tell me which ones or give me the needed information. Miguel treated I awfully, as if because I didnt want to put a large down payment down that I was broke and unimportant. I have never been so embarrassed or disappointed in a sales team in my life. As being a sales manager for many years Im applauded. I have no idea how you guys even have customers. The only saving grace you have is Joey, which isnt as great as he comes off to be. he has a great customer front, however cant follow up for anything. He must be spending his time with customers he anticipate have more funds. I have been completely placed on a backer burner. I was told Friday I would get a call Saturday which i did. However its now Tuesday and I havent heard a peep. I have 0 desire to continue to do business here. I have no good things to say.

To anyone looking for a used car, BEWARE of this dealership!!! I bought a used 2010 Hyundai from Fiat of McKinney this last week and I am regretting it every minute!! To start, our salesman Dave, while being a nice guy, was the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. He couldnt answer ANY of my questions without telling me he needed to ask two or three other people to get an answer. The finance/business manager, Sean, is arrogant and treated me every step of the way as a nothing but a huge inconvenience to him. This dealership lacks INTEGRITY and any form of customer service. Since owning the vehicle less than 72 hours, it has needed headlights replaced, the battery replaced, and has at least one tire with a huge crack in it. (Who even KNOWS what else may pop up after I write this!!) When asked if the car had been inspected and did it need ANY type of repair or service, I was told yes it had, and NO it was in "perfect condition.". That was the biggest, bald-faced LIE. Clearly in the 6 months they owned the vehicle, it sat and was not touched again until I (foolishly) bought it under the pretense it was in beyond fantastic shape. I can see from other reviews that obviously new Fiat buyers are well taken care of at this dealership (though even that thought is beyond me), but if you are even considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, go ANYWHERE else!!!!!

ZERO STARS unfortunately I have to put at least one. 1. received 6% interest rate when the primary signer has a PERFECT CREDIT SCORE 2. TACKED ON AS MANY POSSIBLE ADD ONS AND FEES 3. I agree with the other review, the Financial department: DO NOT TRUST very shady and they will wrap you with their highly FAKE friendliness. I say this because once we returned to inquire over some of the warranties to be taken off, because they were completely UNNECESSARY, they took their sweet time to take care of us and were NO LONGER willing to help and give FAKE smiles. (MIGUEL) 4. I requested proof/receipt that this would be taken care of as obviously he cant be trusted and he was offended that I said his word isnt good enough that we needed written proof this would be adjusted. 5. ALL of this isnt even including when we first started seeing the FIATS and they showed one which took like 6 tries to even start and then the air conditioning shut off, theyre response was that cars will do that when theyve been out in the lot for a while. (WHY PUSH A CAR THAT DOESNT MEET REQUIREMENTS TO EVEN BE SOLD) 6. STAY AWAY AND AVOID THE HEADACHE AND SAVE YOURSELF OVER 8K that will just be pocketed.

Well, Im here at the dealership after buying my car two months ago. They forgot to get my car inspected. I had to call as my temporary plates are expired. After playing phone tag to get an appointment Im here and it didnt pass because one tire tread is too low. I would think that they would offer to buy one more tire so I have a set. When we bought the car they were so unorganized due to the new owners. No GPS, no charge to drive the car home. Its a Fiat 500e btw. Over and over they seem to drop the ball. The overall service is low as well, broken coffee maker that made the entire dealership smell like mold this morning. No snacks or anything to make me feel at home for the last two and half hours. I have no idea how much longer since no one updates me. Nobody even says hello. Well expect for the kid that sold me the car. Found me something to drink and a little chat. Hospitality and integrity are important for me when I spend my money. I vote with my dollars... Just feed back I hope yall improve, because we like Fiat and our 500e.
