I wrote them a letter and I got nothing as a Loyal customer, Ive never ever missed a payment, as a matter of fact Im ahead on payments. they get one sat because of their impaired service! Dear Auto City Over these past 3 years I have been truly appreciative to have you as the dealership that I got my first car from. I’m writing this letter to you because I wanted to express how I feel about Auto city all in all. I’m almost done paying off my car and with that being said I have never missed a payment. As a matter of fact, I’ve even been ahead on payments. I always give a bit more than I should but it’s for a good cause. Your payment center is great all I do is walk in and out and try to win on the slot machine. Over all Veronica Barboza is awesome at customer service, Even Sarah my Account Rep. I know that whenever something is wrong with my car I can depend on you to fix my car and actually get it back running. I’ve had my car in the shop at least 3 times I the shop over the past three years, but I think this is the only problem I see at Auto City. I’m not saying you guys don’t have good reliable cars, What I’m getting it at is that your maintenance crew takes too long to repair our vehicles. I understand somethings take time but a month is not acceptable. The reason we (your Customers) get a car is to be able to go to work mainly correct me if I’m wrong. A car is what takes me to work in the morning, it’s what gets me back home, it’s how we get around. Each time I’ve had my car in the shop I’ve had to wait a long period of time. I have to find a ride to work and back, a ride to give you a payment on a car I don’t have Etc. I’m sure you have more than one mechanic fixing several peoples cars. But I have come to a conclusion that your mechanics are slow, in the way that because they are payed hourly they take their time allegedly fixing a car. Believe me when I say that I don’t think they are lousy mechanics; I just think they work slow that’s all. When my car is back in my hands after a month its great nothing is wrong with it. I think I’m been a good customer I’ve even referred people to you that have gotten cars, but in doing so I also have to tell them how slow your maintenance shop works, and after I tell them I waited a month for my car I don’t think that sounds appealing to them. I’m not sure what should be done here but something must take change. Forgive me if you think I’m in the wrong I just needed to express myself. Your, Loyal Customer Steve Casarrubias

I bought a 2001 Chevrolet venture.. I was working with Steve moreno && his buddy david king.. who promised me after me staying in this vehicle foe 3 months he would get me a new vehicle.. well I gave this man 600 dollars to help me get into a new vehicle and get my fiance in a car and he never did and will not give my money back.. he is a car autobroker that works with the sale men at auto city.. and they wont do nothing about it.. Now auto city tried to get my door fixed on my 2001 Chevrolet venture cause I had a accident.. they got the estimate on the door and they totaled my van out.. and Ive already paid 250 off the deductible.. so not did I only lose 600 from a autobroker they work with I lost another 250 cause they wont fixed my door.. Then they try and put me in another car.. in another car dealership which was a 2003 Buick regal... with 102,××× miles for 15,000 dollars.. Nope.. I am getting so freaking robbed from this place its unreal

Let me tell you about Auto City and their 500 Down and drive, and your job is suppose to be your credit. At the time i had been on my job 9 years. They ran my credit and told me I needed a co-signer. Then they changed some numbers on my application. Some of the questions were "How much do you pay for rent food etc?" Well, one of my answers was 0. They told me I cant have 0 as an answer so they changed it. About 4 years earlier at this same location I was asking about a certain car and how much I needed to put down. The salesman asked how much did I have and I told him nothing now I just needed to know how much I needed to save up. He looked at me and told me come back when you have some money and walked off and started helping someone else. Never told me how much I needed down. Its all good though, I ended up going to a dealership and not a tote the note lot.

My self and my husband the first time about a month ago or maybe a little longer went to auto city looking for some reliable transportation.. A sales associate by the name Maribel Diera was such a pleasant person to have had the opportunity to wrk with us.. Shes knowledgable , professional, and has great customer service relations. She wrks with the customers to the best of her ability to have them drive away pleased my experience with this type of business was fully satisfying.. It was so awesome we went back and i got a nice car . and again sence my experience was good the first time we went to maribel for the help of the sec. Car. I highly recommend auto city to any one looking for first transportation or needing reliable vehicles.. I recommend You go see Marible Diera.. Thank you Maribel and auto city..

Last week I met the 2 wonderful people Randy and Liz Hammond, Funny thing is that they were sales people at Auto City Dallas on C.F. Hawn Fwy. my wife and I were in search of a "New to us" car :) After 12 years of reliable service my truck was in the shop and we had to get something right now. Should I mention that I bought that truck from Auto City in 2001? They were very helpful, kind and patient not pushing us into something just to get a sale but but actually taking the time to make sure that the vehicle we got was a right fit for us ( I like Trucks ~ My wife; cars) Yeah we got an SUV enough room for me and lower to the ground for her. This makes my 3rd purchase from Auto City and if in need of another vehicle it will come from Auto City. Thanks Liz & Randy.

As of today we have purchased our vehicle from Auto City Dallas thanks to Randy and Liz Hammondz. They were very patient, helpful and guided us well throughout the process as first time car buyers. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable with the decision of car buying. As a first time buyer i can say it was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase overall I am glad Randy and Liz were our sales people.
