I purchased a Dodge Challenger R/T from Empire Exotic Motors back in February. I felt that I was prepared to trade in my two vehicles (2009 Altima and 2014 Camry) for a 2015 Challenger R/T. Furthermore, I was a first time buyer yet I felt that I had adequately prepared myself to offset the overall cost. The entire process was fast – too fast. I was thrown a ton of information quickly and none of the important details were explained to me. My contract went up by an additional $6000. Yet I was told to sign multiple lines quickly. The deal went from an affordable deal to a substantial financial burden. I was given a $3500 warranty that was never fully explained to me along with a $1500 additional charge which has never been explained to me, despite the number of emails I have sent to them. I would like the $3500 warranty to be canceled and fully refunded back to the lien holder as well as the $1500 for some unknown detail that was never explained to me. I have also contact the BBB for their assistance. I honestly feel that the moment “first time buyer with two trade-ins” was spoken – everyone jumped to get me to sign. Yet once the signing was done, I have been dropped and ignored. This experience has ruined the entire concept of car buying and has caused me a great deal of stress the past few months. I urge ALL of you to caution yourselves when going here. The people are friendly up front - however they are attempting to sneak every dime, dollar and buck underneath from you. 7/6/2017 ------ UPDATE As of this time, Raul has helped me to reprocess back my warranty. However, I still have been unsuccessful in canceling and having the $1500 reprocessed back - despite the number of emails. It turns out the $1500 relates to something called TPP, which was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Furthermore, I managed to locate the company which the TPP warranty was "supposedly" sent to - yet they have no information of who I am or the warranty itself. Therefore, I am publicly asking that the $1500 which as been financed out be fully refunded back to the lien-holder. I would like the process to end quickly and the lien-holder to be refunded ASAP as I am now paying for a service, which is not even active or needed.

This was my first and last time dealing with these so called "professionals". I purchased a Rolls Royce from these guys and had two trade ins. Worst buying experience ive ever had, and i buy and trade cars every six months. I came into dallas with the salesperson knowing my arrival time. When we made the deal the Rolls Royce Ghost had 25k miles on the car, and when i signed papers and everything and went outside to get the key, car had 28k miles on it. The salesperson mentioned nothing of that matter until i brought it up, and his best excuse was it was a cosignment deal. The car still had a service light on and some battery lights. Which i let slide because its a preowned car. Buying a Rolls Royce one would expect two umbrellas for the car, which the salesperson didnt mention that one was missing. This isnt even the worst part. After about two months, im trying to trade in rolls royce for the next toy. All the numbers and deal gets worked out.I come to find out that empire still hasnt registered my car under my name even though ive made two payments on the car. So i contact the salesperson and his excuse is that we came after hours and they didnt get time to inspect the car..( even though he knew i was coming). So i have to go get the car inspected and get the lights fixed myself. After that day , it takes them about two weeks to go ahead and finally register my car after numerous phone calls and emails to the salesperson, the person who handles titles, the owners, and the so called General Managers. Never go here is the nicest thing i can come up with from this dealer.

Ivan Jimenez is a great salesman. I called him from Atlanta to inquire a vehicle I saw listed for sale at the dealership there in Addison. He was attentive, upbeat and fair. He was respectful of my price request and worked diligently to get me a comparable financing package to meet my needs. The other staff members are also good people. Donny, another sales associate was kind enough to show me some of the less obvious features of my vehicle and how I could achieve the maximum enjoyment while driving. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the sales staff, selection and range of vehicles(motorcycles to classics to exotics/sports), and the beautiful layout of the showroom. My experience was probably the best ever had at a car dealer--trust me, Ive owned more than few cars in my day. I would recommend Empire Exotic Motors Inc in Addison to anyone looking for a distinctive vehicle at a fair price point. Empire Exotic Motors Inc in Addison is service with a smile and then some. Hey Ivan, see you in 12 mos. for my Matte Silver Ferr. 458 Italia!! Lol, thanks again buddy. See you soon. Most sincerely, Rushan J.

I purchased a car from them. Paid over 50% in cash, was lied to by them about needing to pay my state taxes to Empire for my tag. I live in OK and need to pay taxes and get a tag within 30 days. I still have no tag or title after 45 days. I have called several times and been shuffled around each time. Each time I was flat-out LIED to by their finance person. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I am currently waiting for my fourth "we will call you back" lie. I am not holding my breath. I also had some work done by them prior to picking up the vehicle. I was told I would be charged at the dealers cost for the parts and labor. I am not sure about the labor charges, however I paid about 40% higher than retail for the parts. Example: They charged me $150 for spark plugs. The Porsche Dealership only charges $120.00 or buying retail Bosch OEMs the plugs cost only $48.00 for a complete set of 8.
