This place is a joke. On September 16th 2016 I was sold a lemon and brought home a car that has a transmission that doesnt go into reverse. I have to push the car back ever time I have go into reverse! 3 of the 4 tired need to be replaced by the way it has no spare tire, the back seat has no seat belts, the right view mirror is broke wont move to be adjusted! The guy (Carlos) who is really good friend with the car salesman at Auto City of Lancaster (Chris) was supposed to give me a great deal because Chris referred me and all the done was take advantage of me needing a car fast!

Terrible car lot ever, i recently purchased a car there three weeks back to be back walking to work all over again(service engine light came on with a ticking noise), yet i have to come up with a payment by the end of this week. They have constanly been inconsistant of how long it will take for my car to be fixed, meanwhile i am still struggling to come up with enough fair to make it to two of my jobs and school without transportation.....i 1000% agree billy bob---we work hard for our money to be put in some b.s.

Worst car lot ever ! Their cars break down in less then three months and then had the nerve to ask for a payment . Dont do it ! You better off going to clay or some where better ! Their motors go out as well as their transmission. And you would think they would put you in something else but no they rather keep you in what you have and fix it /half as fix it at that . Smh people work to hard for their money to be in some b. s. ..

Not pleased at all .. Dont do it people .. Take your down payment some where else .. The car you get will fall apart they will fix it then it will fall apart again .. Meanwhile you will be making payments .. Oh you will make payments .. Not happy with them .. Ive made 2 payments on a car i do not have its being fixed .. Again dont do it people learn from oyr mistakes ..

Issues out my car the same day I got it which was quiet the inconvenience. They did fix it for free, 3mon warranty. All in all its not so bad if you have low income and cnt afford a high dollar car. You will need to put in work on your car and thats for sure. Mine got me from A to B though.

My wifes battery died two days ago and it got towed. PBR retrieved our car from the impound and fixed the alternator which was draining my battery, and I picked it up today. Great place great people! Carlos keeps it real and their customer service is great! 5 stars

Great Staff, Carlos is who u wanna talk to. They where very honest with me. This is a great place to buy a used car for low income familys. When no one would sell me a car P.B.R. came through. Thanks Hella you guys.

Worst possible place to get a car and you payments dont go towards your credit. Every cars a lemon and they over charge on the cars they do have. Wanna feel robbed? Go to pbr lol.
