I can say the staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated all of Todds help and patience with me while going through the whole application and decision process. They even let me take the car for the weekend to feel it out and help with my decision... Now, for the reason I give them 2 stars... While I had the car for the weekend, I did some research, only to find that their "sale price" is $3,000 to $4,000 over the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds book price. When I came in to return the car on Monday and discuss my findings, I was told that basically because my credit isnt ideal that they cant bring the car down to market value. So, not only am I getting a really high interest rate (which isnt their fault), but because my credit isnt great, I have to pay at least $3,000 more than book price?!? I just cant justify in my head why I should have to pay more than the value of a car regardless of credit. Furthermore, Monday afternoon they were going to give me a call to see if there was anything further that they could do, and it is now Wed and I have not heard anything. I have an appointment with a reputable dealer today, where they have already told me what my interest rate is (and it is waaaaaay better than at Nereson) and where I am treated fairly and paying sticker price for a vehicle instead of getting ripped off. Initially I was so grateful they were able to finance me, but after doing other research, there are better and more fair options out there. So overall, a very friendly helpful staff, however, if you go with them, make sure to check the value of the car you are interested in.

Scam dealership; worst customer service - never mind they lied to my face!!! So on Saturday we went to Neresons Big Lot in Moorhead to look at a car. We wanted to test drive and everything on Saturday but no keys to be found, but they said no worries we will accept everything when we get the keys. No keys until Wednesday. So we test drove and then start price negotiations. The price on Saturday was $21,990 - which it still is today 8/3; but the Sales Manager Doug says it was $23,990 on Saturday (Not true) - so on Saturday it have been $21,990 - minus their mailed ad coupon $2000 and - minus our trade which he offered $1200; means the vehicle would have been $18,790 but he will not sell it for that because they had to get replacement keys (that the salesman lost) and have too much into the car. So really we could not even look at the vehicle to purchase it until TODAY. And then they do a huge bait and switch and not honoring the listed price and your coupon and trade value. Because now the price is too low - not my problem!

I went here because several of our friends had purchased their cars from here. Sorry, I wasnt impressed! They had me doing paperwork before I even looked at any car! When the paperwork was all done they said I needed a cosigner because I didnt make enough money and payments would be $300 for a 2004 which I still havent laid eyes on! On top of that my daughter was with me. They thought she was my significant other. They just needed to clarify that!!!! What! These people are rip offs! And their sales staff are unethical! I will never suggest them to anyone! Hard inquiry on my credit for NOTHING! They should not be allowed to run your credit UNLESS you have looked at a car and said I want to fill out an application!!!! Period!

We purchased our new Suzuki SX4 from the Big-Lot in Moorhead, from Iver Lenz. His professionalism and easy processes made the purchase fast and simple. Everyone there was pleasant and nice to deal with. Keith Stroh has been an excellent service advisor. He always takes care of our car like it was his own. Scam of all car dealerships. Here is their latest technique on tricking people into getting a rip-off deal. They sent a junk mail to every house in Moorhead containing a lottery ticket. A lot of my friends and I received it and by 2:30pm, 9 out of 10 folks who opened this scam mail were headed to the Big Lot car dealership, because all of them thought they are the only lucky person in Moorhead who hit the jackpot. Only to find out that its nothing more than a useless gift card.

I was looking to get a car from this place but their interest rates were ridiculous. The staff itself was very friendly without a doubt but i felt like they were more concern about making a deal that they would benefit rather than working with me. If everybody was more transparent and lay it all down, no games, no BS, and a reasonable rates, this place would get more bussiness. Other than that, i think it has potential if the staff approach things different.

I wouldnt bother with this place. They tried to rip my daughter off with way over priced vehicles that sounded terrible. Not to mention they were marked up way beyond their blue book value! And after she told them she needed time to think about it, they question her. So after all of this they continue to harass her through the mail and then decline her on the credit approval. She was no longer asking! Unbelievable!

Not oy do I work here as the detailer, but I love how open and ho eat they are about getting you a car, and that they will work with you on whatever you need or what you can do. They also have some great cars, I fell in love with my blazer. This place is and will always be where I get my car the trailblazer is the second car I have gotten from them.

I think they are a great place to go for your car needs. Ive gotten my car serviced by them (oil changes) several times. Then during one of those oil changes I was looking at their cars (window shopping) and they offered me a great deal on a newer year model and so I bought my new car from them.
