Do NOT go here for any reason. I started going here a yr ago just to get my oil changes due to the coupons in the mail. In December my factory battery was going out on a car that was barely 2 years old and under warranty they acted like they did me a favor by replacing it and charging me $100 come to find out i couldve gotten a better deal at Walmart! In February i went in for another oil change and they came in to tell me my brakes were "dangerously low and in dire need of replacing, in fact they didnt feel comfortable letting me leave w/out replacing them or making an appt to come back within the week". It is May and luckily I reconnected w/a gf from hs whose husband is an ASE Cert Mech and has some integrity which these guys lack. They are still not dangerously low as he checked again for me this weekend. Also no one until now has been under the hood of that car for at least a year. I mentioned to my friends husb that when i wash the windows the fluid is slimy/oily/smeary he took the bottle out and come to find out someone at this dealership put a completely wrong fluid in there although we arent sure what! On top of all this one of the advisors is overly friendly in a very creepy way, I brought it up once to the service mgr and he blew it off said they guy was just being nice and most people like him, creepy is not nice. Do yourself a favor and find someone who has the integrity not to rip you off/lie especially to a single mom and has the skills to do the work.

I saw a car online that I liked so I called the store to make sure they still had it. The lady I spoke to confirmed to me that it was there after waiting 15 minutes on the phone (fair enough), so I chose to drive an hour to go look at the car right after the phone call. When I got there I was told that the car was sold that morning. BEFORE I called earlier. It was a waste of my time so I decided to look at some other cars they had since I was already there. More expensive and not the kinds I wanted but I did find one that I considered. However, after test driving it my pants and jacket was completely stained from some cleaning chemical that was on the seats. It couldnt get it off. They told me that they would reduce the price of the car $100 but only if I bought the car. What?! Well, I decided to think about the car. I drove off, with ruined pants and jacket feeling miserable. I called the store back within an hour and asked if they could reduce the price $500 (car price was 15000) and if so I would like to buy it. I find this a very common question buying a car. However, the sales guy started laughing at me saying that there is no way they will reduce the price. Making me feel really stupid. So ya, I then decided this place is not for me.

After our 11 year old vehicle showing signs of $$$$ in major repairs soon to be had, it was time to start looking for a newer car. I went online and looked and found a couple of cars that work up I am trust. I contacted Huffines and was quickly responded to by Anthony MacPharson. By the end of the following day my daughter and I were leaving with a peace of mind, Two very reliable vehicles, warranties that will last us a while, a more than better, fair price and your friendship I hope to last a lifetime. I worked for the car dealership for about 10 years and I can tell you that there are a few very good salesman but if youre intending on buying a car anytime soon, might I suggest you give Anthony a call because he can definitely help you in an honest, courteous and with respectable way! I signed the papers just last night. These guys stayed till well after 9pm to ensure I had the deal I needed before heading home just a little after 10pm. Roberto Carrera (sales) and Vernardo Williams (finance) were very helpful with all of my questions. This is a birthday present for my daughter and they have gone above and beyond to loan me a big car bow to place on the car! This was a nice close to months of searching, research and all day of going from dealership to dealership to put eyes on all the cars I had reviewed on line. Truly this was the only dealership that had a certified, low mileage vehicle below my budget range!

I recently purchased a car from Huffines Used Cars in McKinney, TX. I was very pleased with the customer service and the feeling you got when you entered the Used car part of Huffines. My husband and I both worked with Roberto Carrera and I must say he is the friendliest guy you will ever meet! He is very knowledgeable about Hyundais and cars in general. He is not pushy and he really listens to the customers expectations and needs when buying a car. He is not about making the sale, but listening and getting to know his customers. I would recommend anyone to work with Roberto and buying a car from Huffines! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you are looking for used cars at Hufffines McKinney, I highly recommend Kevin Cheatham. He was knowledgeable, forthright, and went above and beyond in doing what he said. The only bad part of the buying experience which had nothing to do with him came from the finance department. They were insistent on telling us our options which we did not want even though we were not financing with them. A waste of time in my opinion and something that management should look into. This is why buying from a dealership leaves a bad taste even though you have an excellent experience with the salesperson.

After visiting a couple of other dealerships, I came to Huffines Used Cars in McKinney to look at a car I saw online. From the very beginning my experience was completly different from the other dealerships. Roberto Carrera was very friendly and knowledgeable about his cars. He really listened to what I wanted and did not make me feel pressured in any way. The prices were very reasonable and I loved that I did not have to try to haggle to get a lower price. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and absolutely love my new Kia Rio!!

I would like to thank Alex and LaRoy at Huffines Used Car Superstore in McKinney for getting me into a great used Kia. LaRoy initially showed me the vehicle and gave me lots of information about it without placing a high amount of pressure on me to buy. The next day, though LaRoy was away from work, he connected me with Alex. Transportation was an issue for me, and Alex was able to take the time to drive over 80 miles to pick me up at my residence so that I could pick up the Kia. Thanks Guys!

i had an excellent experience me and my wife with huffines especially with Roberto carrera , i went to many dealers but i couldnt find what i need, i finally look online and found what i need at huffines and when i went there i was more pleased with the service of Roberto hes really more than helpful, knowledgeable of all the cars we looked for, he make it so easy for choosing the best and the whole buying process, i really recommend Roberto for anyone looking for the perfect car.
