I recently purchased a vehicle from here. when i bought it they were very polite and professional, but later when i left i figured out there was a few things wrong with the car i took it back and Tyler was very professional and helped with everything. its been a month or so now and I am having issues and Ive called and called, but to no succeed, I have not gotten any response I have now learned that Tyler is no longer there and I cant seem to get any help. I talked to Adam that told me hed have the owner Mike or Mauri same person I think get back in touch with me. This has been Going on for a week or so now. I get the same story from everyone there. and Adam that wrote a review is also the Adam that works there go figure. So this is why i rate this company so poorly a month ago i would have given them 5 stars because of Tyler and im sure if he was still there i probably would not be having these problems.

I had been going through Midpoint for some time now, and i only had 6 months left to pay and it was mine!!, First they started off saying they had a car that was 1 year and once we were going to sign the papers, the year of the car was completely different! Either way I needed a car, so I went ahead and got it... I was behind ONE payment, Ebby "the manager" said everything is good, you dont have to worry about anything, sure enough the repo company came about 2 a.m., Luckily we were awake, and they told my husband and I that MIDPOINT DIDNT EVEN OWN THE CAR. THEY owed the repo company, and they werent repoing from us, but from the dealership themselves, so with that being said I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET A CAR THERE!! THEY OVERPRICE THEIR VEHICLES, AND IT IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME. ID GO TO THE DEALERSHIP DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM!

I am not quick to give a good report on a used car lot but, these guys were awesome...Not only did we buy a car but we got a truck also,the way they worked to make it all come together was terrific....I must brag on Dwight he was my salesman and answered all our questions and helped us to pick the best vehicle for our needs.I will be sending my friends to them, in the future,,,,lets be real if your credit could get you to a new lot you would be there so, for all those that are good people with a few credit issues looking for a nice dependable car stop by and see them if there is any way possible they will have you driving your new car home today,,,thanks guys for all your help and we are enjoying the new cars

Thanks to midpoint they helped me get my first car! They really take the time out to listen to you, They treated me like family and didnt pressure me into buying anything I didnt feel comfortable with unlike other dealerships! Damien was AWESOME he ensured that I got a car that I was satisfied with versus trying to put me in any old thing just for the money ! His advice was very helpful and I am very pleased with this company, thanks again for all your help I now have a fairly new 2013 car, runs great and I didnt have to put that much down they are really are flexible when it comes to making payments and will negotiate and will ensure you are satisfied !

Victoria and Radford were great helpful people. I felt like the dealership attracts customers by post cars on their website that they dont really have. The financial manager was kinda a prick, didnt want to ask me questions directly, made me feel like I was lying about my situation with my drivers license being from Oklahoma. I wouldnt refer anyone to this place for a vehicle, unless you were dealing with either Victoria or Radford directly. To the financial manager : in the car business not everyones situation is the same, when you learn that then your sells will grow.. Thank you Victoria for your great customer service.

I went to midpoint auto group to find a vehicle that was a reasonable price and had decent gas mileage. I commute to work and school so I needed a car that was dependable. Everyone at this facility is helpful and very customer service oriented. When I first purchased the vehicle it had a few issues but they accomodated me in repairing any issue that came up. I recommend midpoint auto group because they are helpful,courteous, and reasonable. The manager is very friendly and kind. Also, Dwight (the sales associate) was very kind and efficient. Great place to purchase or financing a vehicle. :)

Ok...today was a good day!!!! I had been in the search for a nice hi-line car, but everywhere I went they where "Dogged Out", wanting to be hi-line cars!!! I pass by Midpoint everyday.....Yes, and I would see things that I wanted but the next day or the day after they, were gone!!!!!! I would call and worry the staff and they would always say come on in, but I dont like pushy car salesmen......I just hate that dont you???? But noooo....we built a relationship, trust, bond, family.....Got my new car.... hi-line baby!!!!! And my credit is my Job!!!!!! Thank you....Chance:)

They say youre job is your credit and repos dont matter so obviously people with challenged credit come here. They LIE! Told me my credit was not good enough to get a car with them. And I have been at my job for almost 9 years and make $500 a week. Radford was nice and all. He referred me to Auto City....yeah Blake from Auto City want to put me into a car for $240 payment every other week and was high milage and can tell something was wrong with it and engine light on. Midpoint is a bunch of lies. Better off just fixing the car I have now.

Excellent customer service and employees. Very friendly and go out of their way to help you qualify and get financed for a vehicle. I just recieved my second vehicle from Midpoint Auto and will continue to be a dedicated customer and recommend my family and friends to purchase a vehicle from them. I have received phenomenal assistance and have gained reliable and honest credibility with Midpoint when no other dealership would take a chance financing me a vehicle. Nelson is an amazing salesman!! He is honest and has your best interest at heart. I had been denied at SO many places. Over the phone, he knew I would get approved based on my income and down payment before I came in. Sold me a GREAT car! Reasonable price, downpayment requirement, quality cars - A dream place to by a car! Midpoint is full of integrity, not pushy at all, and they keep it as simple as possible. Go here for your next car!! They will do right by you!!

I recently purchased a car at midpoint and the service was great!!The salesman were very helpful and honest.My credit is nothing close to positive and have had some bad go-arounds with past dealerships;despite that they still placed me in a reliable and quality vehichle.I felt as if I was buying from a close friend or relative:chance my salesman was the best and Dwight was extremely helpful as well as adam.This was actually nice experience!!
