I came across a Silver Nissan Altima on Autotrader at a very good price with Central Autohaus, I submitted my credit application (bad idea by the way) I have never purchased a car through a dealer so I didnt know the process. The next day i receive an email from Shawn saying that he came across my application and he was going to have his finance department look over it but he did have the car available so as soon as finance was done he would give me a call. That never happened, so i decided to go to the dealer myself after work, when i get there the first thing he says is "That car was sold this morning" ........But how so if just a couple hours ago you told me the car was available????? Anyway,he says to give him a second that he would check with finance. He comes back with Ellis who tells me that he needs more money towards my down payment of $2,000,I told him i couldnt do it and he promised that he would contact me as soon as he hears back from the bank but he never did. So the next day i decided to go to courtesy Nissan just down the road and purchase a Civic they had that i loved and when the finance department calls me in they ask me if i had been car shopping at a lot of different dealers already, i told them that i only went to Central Autohaus and i come to find out that they ran my credit through 8 different banks!!! All in all i had a terrible experience with these people, they are full of B.S...please,please,please dont go there unless you want to be treated like an idiot and have everyone there give you the run around! *Note that the Altima i was interested in is STILL up for sale on their website. P.S...I recommend you go to Courtesy Nissan instead! Ask for Howard Griffin! He will treat you with all do respect and have you drive out of there in your dream car :)

I would say that buying a car from here would be a no in the future. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonta GLS almost two years ago from this dealer. I have had several issues with this car from the moment I bought it. I though that I was normal wear and tear from the car so I didnt mind fixing it. However I was having an issue with the mechanisms in my driver side door so I took the car in to have those items fixed. Come to find out, the car door on my Hyundai Sonta is not the car that came with the car. The body shop cant even find any serial numbers on the car to figure out what kind of car the door came from. Needless to say this is not normal wear and tear on my car. I have taken fantastic car of my car since Ive purchased it, but this not having original parts on the car is the straw that broke the camels back. Listed below are the issues that Ive had with the car since Ive purchased it in September 2014 (not even a full two years) - Dry rotted tires (within initial purchase of car) - Transmission issues (3-4 months after purchasing the car) - Breaks and rotors completely rusted and had to be completely replaced (from initial purchase of car) - latch to gas door was replaced (withing 4 months of purchasing the car) - mechanism to roll car windows up stopped working ( within one year of purchasing car) - door handle broke off - Driver side door isnt the original door to the car (from initial purchase) According to the body shop that is currently fixing my door, they are unable to find any serial numbers to find out what kind of door my car has to even fix the issues. I would be cautious in purchasing a car from this dealer. This is not a trolling or spam message. I am an actual customer who has had a very unfortunate experience with this dealer in purchasing a quality car.

I bought a 2011 Kia Optima in November working with Sonny. I just recently discovered that one tire on the vehicle had a serious issue - a tread block had come completely off. I had started by calling Kia who told me to call Nexen, the tire manufacturer. The car only has 14,000 miles on it so they said if the tire was defective theyd fix it. I had to take it to a Kia dealership to determine if it was defective. The guys at Kia told me it was absolutely not defective but that something had clearly happened to cause the problem (they were right about from what I could tell). They also told me that I would most definitely have noticed when this happened. Anyway, about 5 months after my purchase, I took the car back to Sonny and explained what my issue was. Without any argument, he took me to the garage they deal with next door. We selected a used tire and they installed it within the hour at no cost. Great service! I left feeling that even if I had some unexpected issue with the newish tire, I could go back to Sonny and hed help me solve the issue. I cant speak to the financing issues some have had here but I know that youll be hard pressed to find better prices. I looked for 3 months and even for a month or two after purchase for the same vehicle. I didnt find an Optima with even 20,000 miles on it that came within $1,500 of the price I paid for my vehicle with 12,000. Thanks Sonny!

I bought a 2008 Honda Accord in Jan. of 2010 and had an excellent experience. I read some of the other reviews and was concerned about doing business with them but my fears, and the other comments were unfounded. I was drawn in by the excellent price and never looked back. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I was allowed to take the vehicle overnight and to my own mechanic. Even though the dealership was not open on Sunday the salesman, Shawn, waited for my return even though I had not given him a specific time. Shawn even went the extra mile and applied factory touchup paint to a few minor chips. This was a detail I was not expected or necessary, since I was buying a used car, but an example of the customer service I received. I had secured outside financing through a credit union before I went to the dealership but Shawn was able to get a slightly better rate. When it was time to pickup the vehicle I had an appointment for 4pm. My schedule changed at the last min. and I showed up unannounced at the dealership at 1pm. The car was clean and ready to go. I was helped within a few min. by Sonny who guided me through the necessary paperwork and I was driving off the lot within one hour. All in all, great dealership with friendly associates, and excellent prices!

Bought a car from them in January of 2013, had minor cosmetic damages. Fast forward to Summer of 2014, the hood of the car starting peeling and it is currently now discolored and splotchy. Ive never had a car that looks this terrible only having 60 thousand miles. Im attributing this to likely being a crappy paint cover up that they knew wouldnt last for long. Will not purchase from here again and would not recommend this dealership. They should be very forth coming about all of their vehicles on their lot. Update 6/12/2015- It is more than fair to leave this review after 3 years and 40000 miles, If I had felt it in the SLIGHTEST way that this discoloration was due to any other reason I would have not left this review. The car is a 2010 Honda Accord, I have been living in Oklahoma my entire life and there have been plenty of "hard winters", yet this has never happened to any other cars Ive had, nor anyone elses around me. If Central Autohaus is thinking that the discoloration is due to the weather instead of an awful sham paint job then maybe they should get out of the car business. Id rather get this car fixed the right way instead of letting Central Autohaus "make it right". It should have been right in the first place.
