My husband and I were shopping for a used Honda Pilot when we came across an ad for one from this dealer. We called and made an appointment Friday afternoon to come see the vehicle the next morning. Saturday morning we called to let them know we were on our way. We drove an hour to the dealership only to be told that the car that we were inquiring about had been sold. (They had PLENTY of opportunities to tell us this). Disappointed, we were about to make the hour trip back home when we were informed that they had another Pilot for sale that we could look at. We agreed to look at the other vehicle they were offering and were driven from the dealership to a lot about 5 minutes away. This Pilot was a couple of years older but seemed to be in decent condition (just needed a deep cleaning). We agreed on a price and they told us they wanted to detail the car before we took it, telling us it would be several hours to do this. The person doing the detailing looked pretty sketchy and was smoking a nasty cigar while he was detailing another car, so we asked if we could go ahead and take the car and do the detailing ourselves. We finish the paperwork and drive home with the vehicle. The next day it wouldnt start, so we had to buy a new battery. That was the beginning of a long list of troubles we have had with this car. A few weeks later the air conditioner compressor went out, costing us $900 to fix. Then we starting to feeling a jerking feeling and found that the motor mounts were bad. Now we just got the bad news that this car will need a new transmission. On top of all this, we are STILL waiting for the title and plates. Almost 2 months after we purchased the car and it is STILL NOT in our name!!! Ive contacted Stephen the owner several times about the title and he always gets an attitude telling me that it is my fault that we purchased a vehicle that was not ready to sell. THEY OFFERED IT TO US FOR SALE?!?! If it wasnt ready to be sold, why were we shown the vehicle at all?!?! So, now I have a vehicle that I paid $5300 for with $1700 worth of repairs done and I will be forking out $3800 for a new transmission in a few weeks. All this and Im STILL NOT THE REGISTERED OWNER!! I would be very careful about buying a car from this place. They do not communicate well about important issues and generally seem pretty shady to me! BEWARE!

The owner of this "junk lot" is rude, im not sure if its a cultural thing or just a lack of. He said his name is Mattew, called him to ask if he still had a certain car I was interested in, he said he did, I told him it was a 2 hour drive and I will be there about noon with the cash in my pocket. I arrived at his lot at 11 a.m. found him standing among the junk cars talking with someone, told him who I was he acknowledged that he saw me and turned away to talk to the other guy somemore. I waited patiently, he finally walked over to me as though my being there was disturbing him, and said " The car you came too see just left, the guys came bought it and left" then he says "I tried to call you to tell you it was gone" So I said "my phone was right here in my pocket the entire way over here, it never rang" Then he says "Maybe I get another car like that one soon, give me your number and I call you if I do" Then I asked him, if he had just called me a little earlier why did he need my phone #?" The sawed off idiot stared at me blankly for a minute having just been caught in a lie, he just turned and walked away.Him having to wakeup every day as an angry, miserable, dwarf is punishment enough. Karma is a real thing, and hes reaping alot of the downside.

Responded to an add placed, asked the location of the car, Mathew the sales person asked if I was coming by today, I stated I would if time permitted if not the following day! Mathew then quickly stated that I should call back when I know for sure when I can make it and then hung up! Very poor customer service skills. I was lucky I was able to get the name of the lot and googled the location. I went by and seen the car, I did like it but wouldnt buy there. Mathew missed out on a possible sale! Attitude is everything.

Paid for my car a month ago and still havent received my title. These guys lied to us from the beginning when they said the car we were actually there to check out was stIll available. It wasnt. These guys will lie and tell you they are going to give you a warranty, when in fact they have no such intentions. This place is horrible. Please dont but a car from these guys. I called to get an update on my title and the man has hung up on me multiple times.
