I dislike people that give a low star rating in these online reviews and then dont provide any written description of their experience. The guy with the bad transmission maybe never heard of a filter and fluid service for the transmission coupled with the fact the vehicle was probably driven like a new Corvette after purchase. I had a beyond great experience with Joe at Twin City Motors. Id rather buy privately or at an auction as I enjoy doing mechanic work myself to save money plus the pride in workmanship. When looking for a heavy duty rear wheel drive truck for a reasonable cost to use in my business Twin City Motors had a great deal on a 2011 F-350 Super Duty. Joe was brutally honest saying they only detailed the truck. I checked the truck over thoroughly and immediately upon purchase change the Air Filter and Oil. I will do a few other routine services such as the rear differential, coolant change, Front wheel bearing repacking, etcetera as then I will know exactly where the truck is on the routine maintenance schedule. Joe even sent someone to give me a friendly ride from Fargo, ND to Grand Forks, ND to retrieve the work truck. Joe never once made me feel like I was wasting his time as I believe he actually enjoys his livelihood and doesnt view customers as marks. Thanks Joe for the great work truck and customer service!

Be careful buying from these guys they will say anything to sell a car. Bought one about a year ago and it worked for about 5 months and transmission went out. When we took it back to talk to them (since they gave us their word car would last a few years, and that they would do all repairs at cost if necessary) they turned around and told us they dont do any repairs there and that their cost is still our retail since they have to go to a local mechanic. It snowballed from there but in the end Im out 3700 dollars on a car that lasted 5 months my mistake for buying from a sleezy place I hope you dont make the same mistake.

Absolute rip off company. They want $7000 for a $2000 car. Doesnt even make sense! Their sales people dont know what they are talking about either. I would avoid this place at all costs! BEWARE!
