We brought our Kia Rio in to the service shop. The four problems were 1) air bag light, 2) brakes 3) intermittent trouble starting and 4) overheating. They had the car for a week and only fixed one of the four problems (brakes) although they replaced the battery and thermostat, the problems with overheating and starting still remain. The airbag light is also still on. The bill was $816 but they refused to lower it at all when we told them they had not fixed the problems. We couldnt get it back in to the shop because we were moving to a different city the day after we got it back from them, which they knew. I am highly dissatisfied because we will never be able to sell the car for $800 with the problems it has. I feel they did not do a very thorough job and we are now paying for it.

I dealt with salesman Todd Freese, and it could not have gone better. He was very attentive to my needs & preferences, yet he was direct & honest with his personal opinions & recommendations. The staff was very personable throughout the office & service department. I would absolutely recommend Todd and Grand Forks Subaru. Very satisfied; thanks again guys. (I will continue to share my opinions here, as my Grand Forks Subaru experience progresses).

the salesman didnt seem all that interested, and neglected to mention that he didnt have the second key for the vehicle until we had signed the paperwork. over a week later and I still have to keep stopping in to make sure they really are working on getting my second key to a fairly new vehicle. the rest of the staff was very friendly, but Brent the salesman made this an overall unpleasant experience.

My place of employment recently leased a new car from Chad. He was accommodating and performed pick / drop off service multiple times. Let me take car home overnight before committing then also delivered car to work place all cleaned up after the deal was done. Very hassle free and good to deal with.

Worst service of my life! They wanted to charge me for a service that THEY messed up on when they originally told me I had warranty! And then to my surprise my battery some how ended up drained when I told them I would take my business else where. NOT WORTHY OF A RECOMMENDATION!
