Service once you own your car is poor. They promised to give me a loaner car for my scheduled servicing but then tried to give me an Enterprise rental even after I had made 2 phone calls to ensure a true loaner would be there. When I refused the car and said that I would wait until a proper loaner car was available the girl said someone would call me - I never heard back. The Fort Worth location was fantastic so of course they closed it last month. When you walk in they act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I guess they figure that Highland Park is a captive audience so they dont need to try. After coming here for the past year for several issues I have given up and gone to Boardwalk in Plano. It is a farther drive but they are very polite and friendly, offer a valet drop off at your house, and keep you informed via email and texts every few days. If you are buying a $100k car you expect a level of service and Park Place just doesnt deliver. I am sure their will be some retort post by Park Place Internet staff about how they want to make me happy and have tried to contact me but it would be a lie- no one has done anything of the sort and they have all my contact information in their system.

I bought a 2012 Black Granturismo last year from Park Place Maserati. Lets just say that my car buying experience was less than optimal. I had a small knob on the seat break the other day. I called to ask if I could bring it in and if it was covered under warranty since the car was less than a year old. I was told coldly by service department that it was not covered and itll be $95 for the part. I happened to be in Plano at that time, so I decided to drop by Boardwalk Maserati to purchase the part. I was pleasantly surprised when they replaced the part free of charge under warranty. While $95 is never an issue when you own an exotic, I was very disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm and willingness to care for their customers at park place Maserati.

My experience was, and continues to be, the best automobile purchasing experience I have encountered. The service at Park Place is top shelf across the board. I worked with sales professional Christopher Fine, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and has the right demeanor. The price on the car I purchased was far more than just competitive, and they gave me a fair value for my trade. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

Purchased a 2012 Nissan GTR, Car had condensation in the headlights on arrival after i was told over the phone that the car was immaculate nothing that could be seen wrong. I sent pics to person who sold me car, he emailed me to get an invoice on cost to replace. Sent invoice for cost of replacing headlight and never got 1 response back. Sent various emails, voicemails, not 1 response back via email or phone.

I bought my 2015 Ghibli from Maserati in Fort Worth but they moved the service department to Dallas, but I enjoyed the drive to Dallas and the excellent service I received. I got a new 2017 Ghibli loaner and to my surprise my car was ready too soon. The cleaning and wash joy they put on my car was superb and all the service personnel showed professionalism. I live in Kansas City but purchased a Gran Turismo from Park Place in Dallas. They had the car I was looking for and was easy to work with over the phone and by email to get the sale completed. They gave me a fair price the first time and shipping the car to KC was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I stopped by the dealership just to test drive a Maserati after driving a Ghibli loaner for a couple of weeks. My salesperson, Beth, put me in the perfect Quattroporte that really complimented my style much more than I expected. I love the auto and would recommend Beth at Park Place to anyone who wants a superb auto and excellent service.
