Kuddos Ron Rojas and Frank Goswick Our recent purchase of our 2016 F350 was the fourth “F” series pickup Barbara and I have purchased from you since 2007. But during that buying experience we expressed a need for a high quality second vehicle for Barbara. During the purchase process on the 2016 F350 Frank Goswick found a 2014 Ford Certified Fusion on the Pre Owned side that was perfect for us. Long story short we drove into Bob Tomes Ford in one vehicle and drove away in two high quality Ford Vehicle. Our experience of working with Frank during our purchase process proved to be a pleasurable experience. Frank has made a positive addition to the internet sales team and will work well in making Bob Tomes Customers. Once again we feel we were treated with respect by Ron and Frank in making sure our buying experience was positive. The worst purchase/service experience EVER. Bob Tomes, himself, was the only person that gave two flips to resolve the issues. And finally, Jeff the Asst. Mgr. saw it out to finally get all taken care of. Been here 4 different times for things they keep forgetting, keep blowing off after promising they would be done. Mr. sales person was not pleasant from the beginning, the whole staff looks miserable, they do not communicate amongst each other to ensure the customer has a smooth experience, and they treat you as an inconvenience or annoyance; service telling you to talk to sales person and sales person telling you to talk to service guys and neither departments truly understood how to take care of things. All goes back to Mr. Sales Guy not communicating and blowing me off after the purchase, and not communicating the original promises that needed to be completed. Oh. And lying to me about the car coming with navigation. -False. Thankfully, Bob made sure it would be installed. Which took a week and thats only because I called MANY times to ask when it would be ready. But it didnt stop there... Now, 3 1/2 weeks later after all is completed, Im stuck with my purchase and dealing with Ford. Only this time, Ill go to Frisco Ford instead. Same for the Hertz Rental company located in the McKinney dealership. Another team who does not care about quality Customer Service. I called 30 minutes after realizing I left my garage door opener in the rental (shame on me). The guy said he would go grab it and hold it for me. I get back there and he said he forgot because it was a busy day and does not know where it is. Followed by, "but we are not responsible for lost items." Ah, okay. Thanks! Update: Almost a month later, I received a call from one of their Managers attempting to make it all better by asking if all was taking care of. Which it was eventually taken care of. However, he never suggested anything extra to make up for the lousy service and all the balls that dropped during the process. He just apologized and then asked if I could please take down my Facebook 1 star review. Note: I bought this vehicle outright. They have finally completed the list of things that were supposed to be taken care of at the beginning, but thats it. Im still stuck with the vehicle that has a strong smoke smell, and still stuck with Ford if I have any further issues. Still not happy, but thankful I have a means for transportation. :)

Wheres the 0-Star rating for service from this outfit? I buy a $60+K truck from Ford but that doesnt come with even a hint of responsive communication or customer service from this dealership. My truck had to come in from the collision center because it was in need of an alignment after body work. The truck sat there for two days with no work on it. I finally had to call the Collision center who had to send a manager down to the Service Advisor who was obviously too young or inexperienced to even know what was going on. They finally were told we have one alignment rack available because of remodeling. Really. Were there 30 vehicles needing an alignment cause I know how long those jobs take? Finally it was "repaired" on the third day but no one even bothered to test drive it to see how it performed afterwards. Collision company manager drove it, braked and the truck jerked left. Returned it same day to the service shop. Said look at the breaks. The new SA must have returned it to the back of the queue because 4 days passed. No one bothered to take the tire off and inspect the braking system when it was returned. No call. No contact with anyone, until I finally went down there today to let them know how displeased I was with the lack of communication and service. SA told me it was the brake pad, service was approved, ordered the parts and it should be today or tomorrow. I looked him right in the eye and said dont lie, you know its not going to be today, to which he finally responded "probably not." Service managers were conveniently unavailable to speak. Well see if it sits outside another day or if they actually do what they say. 7 working days for what amounts to an alignment and a brake pad replacement. Ridiculous. Called Ford customer service national to tell them how bad this shop is. Trust me people, take your business elsewhere if you have to get a Ford repaired. Maybe that will give them some time to "catch up" and brush up on their communication skills.
