No one adamant to help when you enter which leaves you looking silly trying to figure out how to get assistance especially since there are no chairs at the entrance. Sales person advised optional coverages were actually standard on each vehicle and couldnt be declined, but did offer a discounted rate on the items. I purchased the car on a Monday and left it until Friday so all the options could be completed without haste. My sales person Leron Walker assured me the vehicle was ready to go that Friday. Upon my arrival I notice the options had not been completed at all and the vehicle didnt even have gas! So of course I have to make this hour long drive a second time to get the things he assured me had been addressed done. I went back and was offered a loaner. The manager Helped me and gave me his personal cell to follow up on the device throughout the day and I was even given a gift card for the inconvenience. I appreciated the effort but I feel like as far as taking care of the customer my sales person Leron dropped the ball. Honesty is the best policy as Im extremely understanding and may have become a customer for life. To add insult to injury the vehicle is already making a noise 3 weeks in and will be taken in for repair. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. I believe I just expected more from Crest.

Josh was excellent and attentive. He really went above and beyond to ensure my car buying process was a smooth one. He kept me informed during every step so I knew what what happening! In fact, he was so great that my boyfriend who was there with me is considering making a purchase from Crest. He was so impressed with the process and Joshs professionalism that he wants to return and I know I would as well. The car is exceptional, and is definitely my dream car. I traveled for work extensively and due to my executive elite status with the rental company, rented lots of nice VIP cars with nice features this car definitely has every single one of them, top of the line and excellent condition. Tino was also wonderful, he was very kind and thorough. I am impressed with the service and product I received.

I was interested in a car and the sales representative(Sam H) was amazing by bringing the the car to my office to test drive it and do a appraisal of my car on the spot. I never felt push by them to purchase the car and let me take my decision later on. Ill definitely will go there to get my next car
