This had to be possibly the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. If it were at all possible I would be putting negative five stars rather than one they dont even deserve that. My boyfriend and I went to go check out a vehicle in case AutoNation Chevrolet didnt work out. We walked around at 2 in the afternoon for over 15 minutes in the Heat and not one of the seven employees inside came out to greet us. Obviously were frustrated as they can clearly see that we are shopping around for cars and we walked inside to have a woman who was congregating with her fellow employees, laughing and clearly not paying attention to anything that was going on around them. She finally looked up and asked us if we needed help. My boyfriend casually replied "Yes obviously were walking around for 20 minutes." She then says "Well can I have your drivers license." He asked why exactly did she need his ID for when they havent even asked what would you like, what are you looking for, how can we help you in that sense. She said its to begin the process. He responded with "Exactly what process are we starting?" She again replied that it was to begin, you know, the process. My question is is it okay for someone to ask for your drivers license before you even ask to test drive a car, before they even acknowledge you or ask your name, or heaven forbid ask what brings you in and then not be able to explain what the process is. He did say well you know its kind of shity that you can explain what exactly is what. Thats when an employee named Antonio, who Im not sure was a manager or just a regular employee, gets very aggressive, raises his voice, and basically says get out youre not welcome here. I was also accompanied by my step daughter who is 8 years old and, mind you, she and I had not said a single word to anybody as I was trying to find her something to drink because it was 100 degrees outside. When I heard my boyfriend call and say, "Hey we need to go." I started walking by and the employee, Antonio, decided to also say to my daughter and I that we needed to leave and it sure looks like you have a great home life .This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I went ahead and purchased a car from AutoNation but the point being is that the customer service is completely utterly lacking. If this is how you treat a potential customer, then you do not deserve any, which by the way we were the only customers in that establishment at that time. I would highly not recommend this company to purchase anything, especially a potential $15,000 to $30,000 investment. Im not sure if they feel that because theyre a "Buy Here, Pay Here" place and have a different type of clientele, which might be a young person or people rebuilding their credit for whatever reason, that they have the right to treat them as if they are subhuman, but I know this, I will never ever recommend this place to any of my friends and I will definitely go out of my way to make sure that I post as many reviews as possible, letting the community know that this is not the way you treat your customers. Ive also reached out to their 1-800 customer service line and Ill see if they actually take this serious. This is a huge eye opening experience and Mr Antonio is a representation of their company.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing the manager welcomed me in and she stayed nearly 2 hours after closing to make sure all prices payments down payments were made knowledgeable and all paperwork i needed to take to fill out before I came in the next day to shorten process. ALLISON IS THE BEST she was very informative genuinely cared about what we needed and could do kind and never once pushy. Unlike most car sales she stayed late to compete everything minus test drive insurance and contract. Today I showed up at her time to come in she was so happy smiley and created with blessings hugs. She wrapped me up and sent me to Destiny to do test drives and finish the rest destiny was full of smiles happiness and was quick to answer any questions or get the answer to any question. I want to shout to the world DRIVE TIME JUST GAME ME THE BEST DEAL U COULD EVER FIND AND NOW IM LEAVING HERR WITH A 2010 LEXUS ES350. Drive time is the place to go and my girls Allison and Destiny are the ones to see. Coming from car business in giving a shout out to my girls Allison and Destiny at Drive Time in Corpus Christi Tx because they rocked this deal better than all the dealerships and all their employees combined NOBODY CAN TOP THESE GIRLS ON FIRE. If anyone is looking for an affordable well taken care of vehicle and a staff that will treat u right head to drive time and hit up Allison and Destiny they literally gave me best car experience in my life full of happiness laugh smiles and no pressure thats the way it should be join me and live this amazing deal I just did and walk away feeling amazing. U rock my two girls Allison and Destiny yall made my day I had a blast and and yall made that happen thank yall both for everything. Hey GENERAL. MANAGERS THESE GIRLS ROCKED coming from the business and doing business I have never met two as unique as these they r keepers. Thank u again drive time

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVE TIME. COMPLETE SCAM!! These are my personal experiences with them. a couple years back my dad bought us a car from there. after we had the car for a month we had to switch out the alternator. I thought hey not every car is perfect so when it came time for me and my boyfriend to get a car we tried drive time. two weeks into having the car it starts being weird. not starting. since we still had the warranty we let them take it to a mechanic. it was towed because it wouldnt start. so the mechanic did a diagnostic test and said there was nothing wrong with it. and the insurance for the warranty from drive time said they werent going to pay for it since there was nothing wrong with it. we had to raise hell because obviously we wouldnt have had our only car towed when we didnt have money to pay for it. the warranty was supposed to take care of it. they ended up only paying the diagnostic test and wanted us to pay the rest of it. lucky for us the mechanic felt so bad because he couldnt find what was wrong and helped us with the fee. but as soon as we got it back it did the same thing. and they said theres nothing they can do to help us and keep insisting theres nothing wrong with it. I wasted all the money I saved up in this car.. I really thought drive time was gonna be good and help me get a good car but I was so wrong. now were paying almost 500 dollars a month for a messed up car because we dont want to ruin our credit. in the end its your choice but I highly advise you to try everywhere else before here! dont make the same mistake we did. oh and dont get confused by all these good reviews. drive time has you write a good review when you purchase the car!
