This was the worst experience with any car dealer. Shady, underhanded and smarmy are my best descriptive words for this place and these scam artists. I drove 250 miles to see a vehicle I called on. When I got there it was very clear the pictures had been doctored to look so much better than what was actually there. Either they are better at photoshop than selling cars or they left a skunk ape locked in the the vehicle in the desert for two months with garlic flavored nan chips. The interior was beat to hell and when we tried to negotiate becaise of the many obviously hidden flaws in their ad, the owner said to one of our issues, "Ill charge the a/c and that should last a couple of days." I mean really?! Buying used you expect certain issues, but selling a vehicle that lacks certain amenities and listing them as a selling ooint is just a lie in my opinion. Run, run fast and stay away from these con artists.

Very low pressure car buying experience. The car was just as advertised and priced accordingly. Mike and Ken let us take our time test driving the car, provided a vehicle history report, and made the intire car buying experience enjoyable for my daughter and I. They do not offer financing but Mike recommended several credit unions in the area to help us with that part of the purchase and held the car for us during the loan process. The only negative I have to share is that the interior was not detailed and the oil was not changed before we picked it up. Mike explained that there was not time to do these things because I gave him short notice for the pick up time I requested. I would have gladly postponed picking the car up if he had told me this over the phone before hand instead of waiting until I got there.

Awesome service!! Went to Ritz on a friday morning at 10 am (right at open) without any appointment scheduled and saw the truck i had been looking for already out to show, took it out for a test drive and Mike accompanied me and informed me all i needed to know about the truck. After the drive it was short sweet and to the point...just the way i like it. Mike had a great attitude and was looking to make a sale. I drove the truck home that day. Would definitely recommend to those who dont want a salesman trying to take your last dollar.

Just purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Mike and Ken were extremely accommodating and so easy and honest to work with. Ive been looking at several other dealers locally as I shopped and none matched the experience we had at Ritz. Whether it was taking the vehicle to have my own mechanic inspect it and preparing it for sale (cleaning and preparing), these guys did a great job. Plus, they were extremely fair on my trade and 100% transparent with no silly fees. Id buy from them again.

When we arrived Ken was very friendly and let us take the box truck for a test drive. They even went out their way to ensure the lift gate worked before we purchased the truck.
