Run!!!! Away from this car sales place. They are CROOKS!!! LIES, LIES, LIES..... Their RESPONSE below is more lies! We paid cash for this car. More than one month ago. The dealer paper plates expired 7/7/2017...they still have not provided plates nor, the title. Today is 7/11/2017...we called Delta .no answers regarding when our plates will arrive. We had to pay to have this car state inspected. They said they simply forgot? You cant apply for a new license plate without a state inspection. THESE other good reviews are FAKE!! I bought a car here and paid cash. Steve Salerno and Robert Cook lied about agreeing to replacing the broken windshield, they Had a cheap defective piece of glass installed...the rearview mirror fell off one week later and took part of the windshield glass with it. they lied about the window tint...they said it was legal...it was not legal!!! They lied about inspection....they never had the car inspected. They lied about the brakes....they had less than 1mm left. We paid to have the windshield replaced elsewhere after their cheap replacement failed after only 7 days. Contrary to their statements.....our windshield company said that the cheap glass they installed was clearly defective and Delta would not honor a warranty for the windshield. We have spent approximately $ 1,800. on repairs since we purchased this car one month ago. Run from this place!!! They are crooks!!!

I had been looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price with clean history and no accidents. I called them and talked to Steve. When he found out it was going to be my daughters first car, he went and checked it out thoroughly to make sure it would be a good car for her before I drove 2 hours to see it. When we arrived, he was very helpful and let us drive it for quite a while to make sure it was good. Steve was very nice, very helpful, and very efficient. I will definitely look to Delta Auto Group again if we need another used car. Let me say that the setup there is a bit strange. The place isnt set up like a normal dealership. It is in an old warehouse with loading docks. It does look sketchy at first. We walked in to find a car washing station and no people anywhere. We wandered around for a bit and finally saw someone who was with other customers. We walked around a bit more and finally Steve came out to see us. After we looked at the cars (and boy do they have some nice cars there!), Steve took us into the office. Well, it turns out we had entered at the wrong entrance. That is why there was no one around. At the correct entrance is a receptionist, seating area, and all the offices. Helpful hint: Go to the entrance to the right of the loading docks.

DO NOT BUY FROM DELTA AUTO GROUP. Once the check clears, you are 100% on your own. I purchased a used BMW from them and was assured that all their vehicles are completely gone over/inspected and are safe and ready to go. Within the first week of owning it, it was broke down twice for different reasons and had to be towed each time. On top of that, once it was towed to the mechanics, it was discoverd that a rear tire was so badly worn that the metal cords were showing in several spots and was VERY dangerous to drive on and could have torn apart and any moment. I tried for several months to at least talk with the owner about the issues and got no response. I called numerous times, faxed all receipts, and even sent pictures of the issues. I was only able to talk to the manager who told me every time "Ill let him know you called and hell get back to you", to which I still got no response from the owner. Make sure you get a proper inspection done before you purchase becuase if you dont, you will get burned and will be stuck with numerous repair bills.

We drove from Houston for 5+hours to see a car we saw on their website. Got there and spent 5 mins with a salesperson and was kicked out because he thinks we cant afford their 25k car. My husband and I own a 50k and a 75k cars. Since we didnt dress flashy or wearing big blings, they didnt even want to talk to us. We like the car and ask if they can negotiate on price, he said "well, if you cant afford it then we cant do anything for you!" Before we can say anything, he got up and told us "have a great trip back" sarcastically. Another salesperson on our way out asked why didnt we buy the car, we explained the situation. He just laughed and rolled him eyes said "it is what it is. Just go somewhere else!" We have bought 5+ cars in the past and have never dealt with any dealer that is so disrespectful. They will only work with "rich looking" people. If you look poor(even though you are not", they treat you like you a bag of trash. I cant trust buying cars from those people.

My wife and I drove all the way from Illinois to look at a 2011 mercedes slk 350. We were greeted by steve. The car was great, we bought it ! But what was even better was our salesman Steve. The guy was just fantastic! I mean he was the best! Ive bought a lot of cars in my life, as Im 59 years old, I can truly say that Ive never had someone treat us so kind. He even called us on our trip home just to see how everything was going. We even shared our interest in JFK. Gave us great tips of things to see. We not only got a great car, but more importantly we gained a great friend. Looking back Im really glad we got the car we love it. But I would not have bought it if a guy by the name of Steve would not have treated us so awesome. We never had been to Texas before, but we will come back again. The first place we go is to see Steve! Who knows, we may buy another car! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM DELTA AUTO GROUP!!!! Mike is a liar and a scam artist. Should have gone with my gut when he had me sign paperwork stating that if there are any issues, that he would not be taken to court. Paid $14000 CASH for a Cadillac CTS in October of 2013 and within hours of purchasing, the check engine light came on. Immediately called and no answer. I live 3 hours from Dallas and had to be back to work, so to go back in person was not an option. I left several messages and Mike has NEVER returned the call. To date, I have had to replace coils, plugs, TWO catalytic converters and as of yesterday, the transmission went!!!! This place needs to be shut down...I wish there was some kind of legal action that could be taken against scammers like this. Learn from my mistake and dont make the same.

Extremely Odd people, Strangest experience I have had! I went to the showroom (old shipping and receiving dock) sign says come into our showroom and see the cars. Went in and looked for 15-20 mins. Nobody comes out of any office. When someone does come out. He asks "What are you doing?", I said looking at cars, in a very startled way, he fumbles around, mumbles somethings, then says let me see if I can find someone to help you. 5-10 mins. later a guys shows up and is hesitant to approach or talk to us. Things are getting really weird now. We ask a price for a BMW, this guy picks up his phone, pokes at it for 10mins, never saying a thing, never could give us a price. By this time my wife and I are Freaked Out by this whole ordeal and quickly left the premises.
