The selection of vehicles is astounding- everything from economic grocery getters to classic muscle cars and more. Every vehicle showroom quality. Phenomenal prices! I walked in looking for a truck and seriously contemplated buying a super-clean old Vette, until I saw the all-black Caddilac... which was next to a hot little BMW- it was too much! Matthew was SOO helpful, hes like a matchmaker with cars! He obviously enjoys listening to what you are looking for and finding a vehicle you will really be happy with for days, months, and years to come. He shoots straight, no BS. If he can make it happen for you, he does. Ron is a money magician. Going in I doubted the ability to get financing, but Ron made my credit work and I got a great deal! Thanks again Ron! Icing on the cake was getting to meet the owner, Bruce. Where was he? Out in the shop talking with the guys working on the vehicles. This guy, such a distinguished gentleman, is the exact opposite of the stereotypical car dealer. Bruce is all hard work and family ethics, and its obvious his employees are happy and even proud to work with him. Even the people waxing and shampooing the vehicles looked happy to be there! You know if they are you wont be disappointed. I have sent people to eWay and been thanked by them for it, and I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. Ill never go to some mega-dealership where the bottom line is the bottom line, ever again. Ill go here where the people pride themselves on providing the best service for ME, and that place is eWay.

My son and i bought a car from eWay. I was semi pleased with the selection and dealership. Typical high pressure sales tactics and treating the customer like an idiot. My biggest problem was with follow up on the we owe items. It took over 6 months, many calls and 3 trips to the dealership to get all the items they owed us.I am still waiting on one part. Numerous calls got me routed to different people with completely different answers as to why my parts were not there. Mark Johnson several months later sent me an email asking about my experience and claiming to want my return business. So I was honest about some of the problems we had. He never addressed my complaints he just tried to deflect blame on my son who to be honest was tired of making 2 hour round trips to the dealership for things that should have been taken care of months ago. After repeated emails I am tired and fed up with this company. Mark Johnson has still not given me the simple satisfaction of an apology. I am not looking for anything more just simple customer care. This company is interested in one thing, parting you from your money. Caveat Emptor.

I had a very satisfying experience with Jacob Eisenberg and Ron Hollingsworth at eWay. Jacob was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He handled the transaction like a seasoned pro. He promptly answered all my questions and was very upfront with the prices and offered me a very fair amount for my trade-in. I appreciated his matter of fact approach and he was not pushy or insistent on anything. I, like most people, loath the typical car buying experience....but this was a very smooth operation and nothing compared to previous experiences. No getting the sales manager to haggle over prices, or arm twisting by Ron in finance for a service contract. When I had questions, Ron got the service manager Mike Ozmun and we had a very frank discussion that was much appreciated. All in all, my experience with eWay Auto Group was very good and not only would I recommend them to my friends and colleagues but I would certainly do business with them again. I dont normally write reviews but I was very impressed with this business.

Felix is top notch. Definitely anticipate the same experience you would at most car dealerships. (Trying to add goods and services [extended warranties etc] under the pretense that the financing institutions require it, an exhausting amount of back and forth with some pretty outrageous initial pricing, and the horrendous interest rates you should anticipate with a >650 credit score) My buying experience with Felix was fantastic. Unfortunately, the great service ended there. I had to play a lot of back and forth with a lot of additional documentation that the financing person(s) had forgotten I needed. The dealership did not send the payoff to my trade-in vehicle lienholder putting me in a bind with them. I understand things happen but there is no reason that I need to be doing the homework and leg work the dealership should have done initially. Please only shop here if you are fully educated. If you are, power to ya!

By far the best experience Ive ever had when buying a car. There was no jumping through hoops or needless back and forth like every other dealership in the world. They had a high priority on their customers and treated them like real people--even like real friends--rather than just clients. I can honestly say I have always dreaded going to car dealerships and having to go through the gruelling sales process but Jacob Eisenberg and his father were absolutely delightful to talk to and they helped us immensely in getting a quick, great deal. As I said earlier--and I cant stress it enough--they treated us like genuine friends every moment we were there, instead of just another person theyre trying to sell a car to. EWay Auto Group has some of the friendliest people Ive ever had the pleasure to meet, and I am so happy to have worked with these lovely folks.

Please make sure to research every car this dealer sells. Purchased a car that turned out to have an expired recall with engine oil problem. $1500 to fix, this on a car with 63,000 miles. eWay took it to its mechanic that did $400 worth of work (I paid half), but apparently this dealer does not research cars they sell or just pass on problems to customer. $200 wasted! Really didnt like that sales guy - Gary - got defensive and accusatory when I called and let him know of engine issue. Carfax will not list these issues so really, really look at forums for the car you attempt to buy. No use in getting a "price drop" deal if going to cost you more that what was discounted just to have it run properly. Spend your $8,200 wisely. I didnt so I passing this along so you can.

Just bought a 2013 Camaro from eway auto group and its beautiful and perfect! It is everything it was advertised as. I really got a great deal. The buying process was quick and painless and Jacob and Mark went out of their way to make sure I got in my dream car right then and there. As I was finalizing my paperwork with Mark, Jacob came in to inform us that it was pouring rain and I had left the windows cracked after my test drive. Without hesitation, he grabbed the key and ran out and rolled them up, getting soaked in the process. Thats the kind of care and service you can expect with these guys! I never once had to haggle nor did I ever feel pressure to buy. I wouldnt hesitate to send my friends and family there for their next vehicle.

My review is for the out of state buyer, Bought a 2011 Yukon SLT, asked mark to drive the vehicle for me to check the mechanical aspects of vehicle. Well after leaving the dealership and driving on interstate to drive back to SC I noticed noise coming from the front of vehicle. Thought maybe it was a tire, It was not a tire but needed front hubs and bearings, cost of nearly $1000.00. Also noticed an the way back to SC the oil pressure was low, checked oil and was black and almost 3 quarts low. Found out from SC that I overpaid my tax to them by $29.00, wrote Mark an e-mail and asked for the $29.00 back but no answer. You decide if this is the kind of dealer you want to buy from if ou of state
