I was in the market for a specific vehicle with specific requirements for my family. The deal we got on our Acadia Denali was the best deal I was able to find within a 500 mile radius. I was honestly a little nervous at its low price which was well below its KBB value that there would be issues or notable physical flaws. I contacted Texas Cars Direct and was given honest, straightforward answers without any pressure or hassle. When we arrived at the facility yesterday, we were quickly escorted to the Acadia where I was in complete shock over what immaculate shape the vehicle was in. Love at first sight. Truly. The 2013 Acadia Denali looked like a brand new 2016 off the showroom floor. I was given a set of keys and was turned loose to give it a test drive without the company of the salesman. Our last buying experience at a dealership here in Oklahoma was quite the opposite. I didnt need to drive it but a block. I was sold the second I left the parking lot. When we returned, Kyle started us on the paperwork and though we had a personal discrepancy with our current address that set us and Kyle back quite a bit of time, he was patient and helped us find solutions. Finally we were out the door with our sparkly new family vehicle. I know for a fact that without the discrepancy with our address we would have been out the door in 30-45 minutes, as through the day I watched a dozen customers walking in and driving out in a new car in less than an hour. I dont think "regular" dealerships understand that their desperation to make a sale and the pressure they put on a potential buyer more times than none actually chases away the customer. I personally visited one of those "regular" dealerships a month ago to look at another Acadia Denali here in Oklahoma that was priced well above its value (just to see how it drove before I found a better deal) and was swarmed by a dozen salesmen making false promises before I even stepped foot out of my car. I left immediately. It was very uncomfortable. Ive already referred my dad and a few friends to Texas Cars Direct. Their vehicles go through a multi level inspection process before they are even placed for sale. Their cars sell themselves. Their prices close the deal, not the dishonesty of a desperate salespeople. (No room to negotiate because their prices are already well below value). There were no hidden fees, there were no surprise numbers. We were extremely impressed and gushed about this place our entire drive home to Oklahoma. Cant recommend this place enough. I have to admit, when I saw the prices of these vehicles online, I figured there was a reason, such as a flood car, been wrecked, etc. I almost just left the page and went on, but I checked the reviews and I had never seen a dealership with such stellar reviews. I had been looking for a car at a Mercedes dealership (I wont name it, but its a big one) and had even gone out there once to look at a car I was considering, but they sold it before I got there. So, based on the excellent reviews of this dealership, as well as a raving recommendation by a personal friend, I decided to check this place out. First of all, I was blown away by the quality of all the vehicles in their showroom. Every single one of them looked brand new. They very obviously only take the cream of the crop. I found a Mercedes GLK that looked like it had never been driven, had low miles and a price I just frankly, couldnt understand. I kept looking for something to be wrong, but the fact was they just price their cars to sell. It was such a good deal, easily $5K less than the cheapest car I had looked at anywhere else, and LOADED with every imaginable option. I couldnt pass it up. I hadnt gone there actually expecting to buy a car, and I had to pick my daughter up from school in an hour, and frankly, I didnt want to leave without the car. I worked with Seth who was precious, very easy-going and just such a pleasure to work with, and he got me in that car in less than an hour! I have literally never had a car-buying experience this painless in my life. They gave me a great deal on my trade, honestly, probably more than they should have and it was more than the other dealership had offered. Every single part of the process was, honestly, a pleasure. And I LOVE this car. Ive been in it a couple of weeks now and havent noticed a thing wrong with it. Pete, the owner, is a fantastic person, honest and completely trustworthy. And of course Seth was perfect. As a woman, I hate going to car dealerships because I just usually feel like the people automatically assume I dont know anything and treat me that way. I couldnt have been more comfortable with the atmosphere at Texas Cars Direct. DO NOT HESITATE to do business with them, unless you just prefer to pay more and spend half your day at a dealership. Personally, I wont look anywhere else before I look there from now on.

I purchased a 2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350 from Texas Cars Direct, and I must say, I was pleased with the experience overall. Their pricing was very fair. Even including shipping, I saved thousands over what I would have spent locally. It was not a completely perfect experience, but I am not sure the folks at Texas Cars Direct are to blame. First, the side wall of the passenger rear tire and the tread on the driver rear tire were badly damaged. So much so, that I replaced the tires shortly after receiving the vehicle. Our sales consultant, Seth, did tell us the tread was fairly worn prior to purchase, so I knew Id need to replace the tires within 6 months or so anyway. My guess is that the tires were damaged during shipping, but since I knew they needed to be replaced soon anyway, it was not a big deal. Second, the windshield had a small crack in it upon receipt. Initially, I thought this could have occurred during shipping also, but after taking it for repair, I was told that the crack had been repaired previously, and that they could not do anything to further repair it. Hopefully, it does not get any worse and require replacement. I was not told about this flaw, but in fairness, I also did not ask about the glass on the vehicle. Even with these hiccups, my experience overall was still positive, just not 5-star worthy. Texas Cars Direct seems like a reasonable company to do business with. My only recommendation for out-of-town buyers who are purchasing "sight unseen" would be to be very thorough when asking questions about the vehicle to ensure you know exactly what youre getting.

Both Adam and Dwayne (sp?) were great! They were straight forward and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without much fuss. I probably did a years worth of research beforehand, so I knew their prices were spot on when comparing online. It was comforting to feel like I didnt have to haggle! (They do not negotiate price) When I came in, they brought the car around for me and gave me plenty of time and space to explore on my own. To my delight car was gorgeous, exactly as advertised! Dwayne even held the car for me over the Memorial Day weekend. (They are not open on weekends) I also felt the trade in value they offered in return for my Nissan was very fair. When I noticed a small scratch, they didnt hesitate to have the whole bumper repainted! Dwayne had assured me that even though my car had no matts he would make sure I had some before I left. When I picked up the car and the matts Adam found werent in the best condition, he immediately wanted to make it right. They sent me home with the worn matts but assured me they would order brand new ones. They followed through and even let me keep the extras! The week after our deal was done, I noticed one of my windshield whipers wasnt working. I swung by Texas Cars Direct and they immediately fixed the issue no questions asked! Im so glad I didnt try to take it to a shop who probably would have lied to me and charged me for services not needed! I highly recommend these guys! Theyre the real deal! Thanks again!
