In the last two years I have purchased a 2014 F350 SRW Platinum and a 2015 F350 DRW Lariat from your dealership. I live 7 hours away, but liked your prices. When I picked up the 2014, in October 2013, it had a dent in the front bumper. The only solution I was given by Terry Wicklow was to take it in and have it fixed locally in Tioga. He said they would give me $150 towards having it fixed. I tried to explain to him that being in the middle of oil country, having it fixed locally would be 6 months to a year out. And most definitely three times the amount. When buying a brand new pickup, I expected not to have to have it in a body shop immediately. I dont think thats to high of an expectation from myself? In August of 2014 I called Terry again to let him know I needed a 2015 F350 DRW Lariat. He sent me to Jerry Krauth to work with. I needed a flatbed put on this pickup and Jerry was going to send it to Nebraska at first. A few weeks went by, I called again and he said still no word. I waited a couple more weeks, called again, he said they were no longer sending it to Nebraska, that they had someone locally to install the flatbed. Couple more weeks, I called again, he said that its scheduled to be over there, they were just waiting on the bed. Couple more weeks went by, I called again wondering what the hold up is? I decided I wanted a new pickup, instead of the one that had been sitting on the lot for months now. Every time we spoke, he sounded as if everything I was asking for was a huge inconvenience. Finally I called and he said the local dealership hadnt even ordered the flatbed yet. That it would be another 10 weeks before the flatbed even arrived. This was a vehicle for my business, and everyday it wasnt in the field, I was losing money. I finally paid Luther to have him deliver the truck. Also, I gave him $200 for doing it. I didnt receive the pickup until November?? I was able to get a flatbed installed myself within a week. Jerry never once called me to update me on all the delays. To me, this is completely unacceptable. When I received the vehicle, all 6 tires were not factory mounted tires. It had some discounted tires on it that will not work for the oilfield. And shouldnt be on a Lariat DRW work truck in the first place. So, when it came time to do the customer satisfaction survey, I was honest. I was not satisfied with the customer service I received from Jerry and I dont think anyone wouldve been. Last week I called your dealership again, because I am in need of another 2015 F350 DRW for work. I spoke to Terry Wicklow again and told him I wouldnt work with Jerry again. His response was as follows, he would not sell me a vehicle of any kind because of the bad review I gave Jerry on the survey. He was extremely rude and told me that I really hammered Jerry on the survey, so he didnt make any money on the sale. He said Jerry really did me a favor by delivering the vehicle and so because of me giving Jerry a bad review, he would not sell me a vehicle. I appreciated the vehicle being delivered, but I paid for that, so that wasnt a favor? I asked to speak to his manager and he told me he would not transfer me and became very belligerent. I asked him to let me speak to another sales person, because I needed to get this pickup ordered. His response was that I would have to call back, because he would not have anything to do with a sale of a vehicle to me. Ive spent $125,000 so far with your dealership and was planning on spending a lot more. My fiance and my step son are both getting new Ford pickups, and I need more work trucks. I was going to get all of them from your dealership. Ive never been treated so rudely, when spending money with any company. I have told many companies and people about your great prices, but will no longer send you any business, mine or anyone elses.

I had notice a noise coming from front driver side wheel, so I go ahead make an appointment with ford Luther. They did diagnostic and say I need to replace my lower control. I ask Steven, (tech advisor) is the right. He Reply yes. So again I ask, if I replace the lower control the noise will go. Again he says yes, the noise will go. So I went a head and the replace the Lower control. Later that day Steve called me and told me my car is done and the noise is gone. I went to ford to pick up my car, and what do you know, the noise didnt gone away and I also notice they didn’t do a test drive after they fixed, even though I told them to do a test driver after they fixed, just to make sure the noise is gone. I know you will be asking your self how did I know if they didn’t do atest drive, while I zero in the mileage tripe when I drop off the car that morning. I was in hurry so I called Steve and say I still hear noise coming from my front driver side. He asks me to bring the car the next day. So I went to ford the next day, and I thought they will take a look again and see what they miss or if they miss diagnose but instead we went for test drive. I hear the noise coming but the guy I was doing with the test drive say, he isnt hearing anything. So I offer him to sit the drive side and drove the car, since the noise is coming from the drive side. He decline. We went inside and told the Steve I hear the same noise and Steve says the guy you were drive with said he didnt hear anything. I admit the noise is not as loud as it was before but it is there? Well all in all I have another appointment next week, and I’m hopping they will finally keep their end and take a look again and fixed the problem once for all. as for my future business with them,well it depend on the outcome of next week appointment. FOLLOW UP AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TODAY. Hey this Dekow updating what would be last encounter to ford Luther, like I say I had appointment today and what do I expect same pulls hit. Saying there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle, when I hell sure there’s noise coming from the front driver side wheel. I will not take my car to ford Luther anymore, and I am taking my business somewhere else. I wont recommend my friends or family to ford, they are stink and a lairs.

I just had the WORST experience with an auto service center that I have ever had in my entire life. I took my vehicle in to Luther Ford for a minor repair and asked them to check an oil leak for me at the same time. They gave me a quote of $400 for the minor repair and $1400 for the leak. I concented. After a week at the shop they called and said they had broken something else while putting it back together. I had to wait another 3 days for it to be ready. When I went in to pick my car up Luther Ford tried to charge me $25000 for everything (nearly $700 more than what they quoted me). Apparently they did extra work that I did not give permission to do and was not quoted to have done. I had to leave my car there another day. When I went back Luther Ford still wanted to charge me $2500 but they reluctantly settled for $2000, which was still $200 more than what they quoted. When I got home I noticed that they had not put an important part back in. So I went back again. Luther Ford had my part laying arround in the back and and put it back together. A few days later I heard an odd noise and upon investigation I found that my car now had an exhaust leak and damage to the paint which were not there before I took it to Luther Ford. Once again I took my car back. Three days later I still had not heard from them so I called and they said everything was fixed. I went to pick my car up again and the exhaust still leaks and the paint repair was awful. It looks worse now than when they damaged it the first time. I could have done a better job fixing the paint at home in my garage. I am stuck with it the way it is because i refuse to take it back to them anymore for fear that they will make it even worse. It is very upsetting since their rates are higher than anyone else and they are supposed to be professionals. I will NEVER go back to Luther Ford for ANYTHING and strongly advise anyone else against having them work on their vehicle.
