I brought my iPhone in for a replacement screen. The cost to repair was $165 which I thought was reasonable considering Apple would have charged more and my phone would have been out of commission during the repair. The next morning I noticed a tiny hair line crack near the top of the phone. By the next day the crack spread. My guess is it occurred when the phones new screen was screwed on. My phone literally went from the kiosk to the inside of my purse. It was not dropped, it was not subject to anything that would crack it. I brought my phone back to them the next day and was told that they would not repair it. I now have a cracked screen. Phone works fine but I am not paying another $165 for a repair.....and I most certainly wont go back there, nor encourage anyone to go there.

Can honestly say this place is a great place to get your screen fixed jus got my lg Stylo 2 fixed they didnt have the part in stock but ordered it for me ,the main guy who works there is a all around good guy gets the job done in good time and for a good price. I will definitely b recommending I cell repair to friends. Thanks for the new screen works great like it just came out the box. 5 stars from me oh and walk-ins are welcome there.

First screen repair I had done went well on my Galaxy S3. Second time I had a replacement done on my S6. The second time went well, but a few days later I had a no SIM Card error. It seems they broke the SIM Card port during the screen replacement. I will not return after my previous visit.

My s6 Phone stopped charging with in 30 mins they had me fixed up I drive trucks and I needed my phone amazing service . I even watched as they opened up the phone and how how fragile everything is . Great people great service Thanks guys!!!!

This place is really the best! They fixed my iPhone 6 shattered screen. Then a month later they found out what was wrong with my boyfriend galaxy, super good price for the hard work they do! Definitely suggest I-Cell Repair!

Great place to go. I would recommend this to everyone to fix cracked screens. For a good price. Other places wanted to charge double and send it out of store to get fixed. Here they fix it in store in under an hour.
