I have been shopping for a new phone for a while as my phone was slowly dying due to slow charging speed and poor charger connection. I have been to several Verizon Wireless stores recently while shopping and have been put off and driven away by either pushy or apathetic sales people. I visited the Verizon Wireless store in the Colonial Park Mall tonight and met with Phil E. He was excellent. He listened to me explain my situation and what phone I was interested in purchasing. He had the phone I was interested in, showed it too me and explained its features and what made it stand out as a product. He checked my account to make sure I was getting the best deal possible on my service. During the process of setting up the new phone I explained the complete reason why I was having to replace my old phone. He immediately brought over a Ventev brand charging cable and showed me how that particular brand snapped securely in to my old phone and seemed to charge it up at a normal pace. I commented that I wish I had found that cable sooner. He responded that we had not, "gone too far," towards setting up the new phone that I could back out and just get the cable for the time being. I was impressed by that offer and did consider it. I opted to purchase a new phone because I had grown tired of my phone constantly needing to charge. Phil made the experience relaxing and enjoyable throughout and I will recommend anyone shopping for a phone to visit Phil at the Verizon Wireless store in the Colonial Park Mall.

My wife and I were shopping around to either possibly switch to another provider or get a better deal from Verizon. Before we stopped at this Verizon location we visited 3 different cellular service locations, and all of them seemed to give us the run around and we were very frustrated by the end of the day. We were fed up by the time we came to this location, but that is when Phil Engle began to speak with us. He was the most helpful Verizon wireless employee we have ever dealt with, and not only did he help us resolve our issue without gaining any commission by selling us anything, but we were so satisfied after finally being treated the way all customer should when they go cell phone shopping, that we will be going back to Phil when our contract expires. Thank you so much Phil!!!

Weve had our ups and down with Verizon recently, but Brett Chandler at the Colonial Park is phenomenal. We had questions about our plan and needed to make several adjustments. After receiving less than stellar customer service offer the phone, we stopped by the Colonial Park store. Brett took the time to explain everything in great detail, advised us of the benefits were receiving, and corrected our account. It was hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a cell phone providers. I now recommend him and his store to anyone looking to switch providers or start a plan with Verizon. So knowledgable...so patient....exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work Brett!

I am writing this comment regarding the cellular sales store in the colonial Park Mall because in the past Ive had multiple issues with other Verizon outlets and this store has been able to help me get out of a lot of problems that I have been unable to get answers from other Verizon outlets. From getting answers to fixing problems in the phone itself, this place has not let me down! The professionalism exhibited by the employees, the knowledge, and the willingness to please is great. Mike M. has taken time to do all of the above, even answer questions on his day off (which I didnt know at the time I called). This is premium service, and all the employees give it!

I have used this location for my wireless communication needs over the last several years. Out of all the customer service reps, Lance is by far the most capable and competent. He helped me resolve an unusual pricing anomaly caused by one of the newbie staff members. While it took two hours to correct the mistake, he processed the transaction accurately to ensure correct billing, accurate inventory, and customer happiness. His personal likeability and emotional intelligence made the long process much less painful. His honest, professional approach to customer service will secure his business card in my virtual Rolodex for years to come.

I was in town at some attractions when my phone began having software issues. I am a Healthcare professional and must be able to be contacted 24/7 and therfore needed a new phone ASAP. When i arrived at the store Michael M greeted me at the door. After explaining he could surely see how frustrated I was. He swiftly explained my options and I chose the new iPhone 6 promo which was a nice surprise as I was unsure if I was eligible to upgrade! He quickly asked his coworkers to start transferring contacts to the phone as he finished the paperwork. His customer service is exceptional and I left extremely sastisfied!

Kurt my salesperson was very professional, answered all my questions about the phones available and the new Verizon plans, I added 2 new lines to my account, did not have the phones I wanted so he ordered them, when they came in he called me and went in to the store to finish the process of porting the numbers from At&t, and made sure they were activated and the information transferred, could have went up the street to the other Verizon store and waited 2 plus hours, got much better service from Kurt and did not have to spend half my day, will always go back to this store and see Kurt for my Verizon service.

I stopped in the store to try to find out when I could upgrade and was extremely happy to find out that I was eligible for a promotion on my account which allowed me to upgrade much sooner. I am extremely happy with my new phone and the service rep that helped me, Michael M was also helpful in transferring everything to my new phone and I would highly recommend seeing him and asking for his assistance in your phone needs. He was by far the most professional I have seen in my 20 years as a Verizon customer. Thanks again for wonderful service!

Had received one of those Verizon postcard advertisements and thought Id go into Colonial Park Verizon Store and ask about it. My sales clerk was Sabrina, she was very informative and helpful but not pushy. I had not decided to buy at the time but that changed that nite when I cracked my phone and thought karma decided for me. I went back the next day bought that phone from Sabrina and got major rebates. Anytime I have an issue or question she is available to help, its awesome, just like having my very own Verizon elf.
