Purchased a car battery from this store and it turned out I did not need it, so I called and asked if I could bring it right back and they said yes. When I got back to the store, even though I had never installed the battery and it was in the same condition as when I purchased it, they claimed that it was unsalable and could not be returned. When I asked how they could sell it to me in the same condition, they became very rude. I left the store and called the Batteries Plus customer service line and all they did was call the store and consult with the manager/owner of the store (who was on her phone in the parking lot and never even came into the store to talk with me). Customer service refused to do anything for me as they claimed that it was up to the individual owner of the store. Very disappointed. Gave them ample opportunity to take care of their customer and they refused.

Dont go here. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I scheduled a 2:00 appointment online for a cracked screen repair and they said it would be done at 3:15. When I arrived at 3:15 they came and told me we havent started it yet. (And there was no other phone repairs going on at that time). They started it and said it would take 20 minutes. Then I waited another 45 minutes for my screen to be fixed because they broke the sound and when I went to pay they had not included the discount for scheduling online. The staff were immature, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not suggest going here, it was a joke. UPDATE: Its been a month and Ive never heard from the owner.

Gave you 2 stars as the price was good with 10% off with online order , but when I went to pick up my order ,(which was to be waiting ) found out some one ordered the wrong AAA batteries , and I had to drive 6 miles to another store to pick them up , so lost the savings I had off !!! Asked them to just get the right ones and ship them to me , want me to pay shipping , I ordered the right ones and they messed up the order , think your employs need a bit more training on orders and customer care , Have a great day as I did not , James Wilhelm !!!

I WAS completely thrilled that you had the item I was looking for and I could pick up at my local store. The problem came with the internal service. I walk in and am not acknowledged. I am standing in front of the counter and several people walk right by me and never once asked if I needed assistance. I truly stood there for several minutes. Finally a man that had been busy stopped what he was doing to finally help me. I really have no plans to return unless there is something I cant live without.

I talked to an employee at this location where I was told they didnt have the screen for my phone. I was advised to get my own and bring it in. I ordeed a new screen and called them to get a price for the install I was then told that they couldnt do it. I spent 300 on the new screen. When I brought it to the store manager Bobbys attention he was very rude and had a smart mouth. He proceded to tell me he wasnt going to deal with it and he had other customers.

I selected and paid for a battery for my 2011 jetta on line from their website, I then went to the store to get my battery, the young clerk brought the battery out to my car and looked under the hood and said vws are difficult and that he didnt feel he could change it. I had to take the battery to my garage mechanic and his female assistant changed it in about 5 min. ,of course I had to pay them an hours labor. I was not impressed with your performance!

Ordered a lawn tractor battery on-line to replace a worn out one on my mower. I arrived at the store a few hours later. They had the battery waiting for me. They took my old battery and issued me a core credit and even carried the new one out to my car for me. It only took a few minutes and I was treated very well. Thanks!

Our family has been using the Camp Hill store for years. We have virtuly changed all of our light bulbs to led and have purchased many batteries over the years. The service is always top notch. They even pointed out rebates that were available. We will continue to do business here !!

Dont take your phone to be repaired at this location! They will lie to you several times and wont be honest with you when they break parts of your phone that werent broken at time of drop off. I was told by the manager to prove it that they broke the phone.

Sold me the wrong charger. Young guy didnt put me in the system. Come back a few weeks later because battery wont charge. They said I needed a different charger, they dont have it in stock, and wouldnt take my other charger back or give store credit.
