Be warned this is a "preferred network" store. If you are thinking about switching to the worst customer service based phone company both in person and over the phone at very least try the Dobbin corporate store (so that its official). I went in to activate a Sprint network phone was told by the reps working it would be fine but I needed to goto Walgreens to buy a 55$ prepay card since they dont sell them at the Sprint store. I did, and brought the card back to the store only to be told the it couldnt be activated for reasons unknown. They gave me the number to customer care and told me they could help with the issue. Over the next two days multiple call and 6hrs total on hold I was told that the phone for some reason despite having a clear ESN wasnt switching to the Sprint network. When I called the store back to speak with a manager I was informed "there really isnt one" and they are not accountable for the 55$ card I bought which is non refundable, I was told "sorry" and their advice on resolution was to call the customer care line and see if they can issue you some kind of refund. I would give this absolutely incompetent store no stars but I have to leave one to write a review. The staff there is sorry at best because all you get instead of any actions to resolve issues is a verbal "sorry, I dont know what to tell you or do." I seriously hope nobody has to go endure the stress, frustration, anger and trouble Ive undergone with this store and the Sprint network. I also found out that they ran my credit using my information without my authorization which is highly disturbing to me.

Rob was fantastic! I needed to upgrade my phone, and my husband needed to change his phone from Verizon to Sprint. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with all of the paperwork finished. We have spent hours at other locations and were extremely thankful for Robs professionalism, speed, and knowledge of the plans to meet our needs as efficiently as possible.

Dont Shop here. I upgraded my phone but didnt like it so I returned it the next day. A month later Im still waiting on my 244 dollar refund and on top of that they charged my account for over 600 bucks for the phone that I returned. Beware...Oh! Did I mention. No one can give you a straight answer on why this happened. They suck

Not even sure they are really Sprint. They refused to let me return a leased phone I got from Sprint. They told me I had to drive to Dobbin Center in Columbia, MD. I went to a different Sprint store (not in Columbia) and they took care of it no problem. They werent even nice at the Ellicott City store.

Do not do business with this store . The customer service is horrible !!!!! No one ever calls you back . I did not get the plan I was quoted , returned the phone and a month later Im still waiting for my account to be fixed . Im taking them to court .

poor customer service. i was lied to about sprint no longer having the 2 year contract program when in fact it is still offered. I was very disappointed in their pushy tactics to get me to lease a phone instead.
