This is the worst phone service store EVER! I purchased a phone from them that didnt ring. I tried to get a new one and was treated very poorly. The sales rep Da Mond called the manager Daniel and tried to explain to him the problem and he was no help at all. I tried to speak to him and that rude manager hung up on me. How are you suppose to stay in business if you are rude to the customers? Im taking my business back to Virgin Mobile where they appreciate there customers.

Excellent customer service. their friendly and engaged with the community. every time I go in that store they always greet me. The manager Chad is always helpful when I have trouble with my device. take it from a happy and satisfying customer, this is the place to go for outstanding service.
