Came into the store because of a mistake that the Mc Clean Virginia Verizon Store had made! definitely wasnt expecting that to happen. Made a payment for my account and they messed it up and put the payment on someone elses account and scratched out the number so i wouldnt know. any who i was driving by burtonsville and saw another verizon store and so i stopped into the store here. I was very satisfied by the way the sales rep Dini helped me get by my problem. She was able to help me get the payment situation sorted and put my money back into my account and not the other person. Definitely was impressed with the customer service and very satisfied. she was also able to help me get a new phone which i really needed ! i highly recommend this store

Dini was so gracious! I walked into the store and wanted to explore the possibility of upgrading-- she was personal and very informative and thorough--- and she was patient with my limitations! Rafi was also helpful interjecting the benefits of the camera and battery in the iPhone 7 plus-- Dylans humor and assistance added to the experience! I love this store! Someone recommended this store for me, but I did not come here until the Verizon in laurel closed--- so happy to be here! This is sooooooo easy!

I have been coming to this location since I moved to MD (2 years ago)...they are always so helpful & polite. I needed a new sim card for an old phone (reconnected for my nephew) and upgraded to a new phone (iphone7) for myself...Dylan was so helpful and even stayed beyond his scheduled time to assist me and complete my transactions. I will continue using this Verizon wireless location, they are definitely 5 STARS!!!!

Awesome and very professional customer service. Went in to ask a question about my phone and end up saving money on my bill and also got a free tablet. The staff was so helpful and fully knowledgeable about any questions I asked. The best part was that they even gave me a tutorial for the everything I purchased and came all the way till the door to say me good bye!!! "Excellent quick and friendly customer service.

Went in the other day, looking to upgrade my phone and I met up with Nandini and she was incredibly helpful. It was well lit and clean, and there were plenty of people to help me with any questions I had. They were patient and walked me through the entire process so I left completely taken care.
