Ive been here twice in one week. When I first went, Derek helped me and he was really nice and told me what he was doing each step of the process. About half-way through, I found out I had to unlock my iPhone before I could switch from T-Mobile, so I came back on the weekend. The second time I visited, Dave (David) helped me. He was ok up until one point when he started texting while he was in the middle of helping me. Im not sure if he has the same temperament everyday or if he was just having a rough day.( He mentioned he was hungry and it had been busy since the store opened.) Regardless, he interrupted me when I asked questions, he sounded a little arrogant when answering questions, and he didnt talk much while going through the whole process, so I sat there staring out the window most of my time there. He was kind of unprofessional- He got upset over an encounter with an unpleasant customer and brought it up a few times while helping me. The main reason I went to him because he was the same rep I talked to over the phone when I called the store. I couldve gone to several other Verizon stores in my area, so I left a bit annoyed with the level of customer service I received from him, but I was happy to finally leave with what I wanted. Jay, the manager, was nice, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I came into the Verizon store in college park to upgrade my phone and my assistant Dave W. was the first person to greet me even from the back of the store. The other associates didnt seem to acknowledge me or try to assist immediately. Im not sure if this was just so that Dave would attend to me, but it it didnt seem very professional. Dave W. tried to understand my needs and listened to my questions and comments and ensured that he gave me the best available answer. At one point he needed help from another coworker who was busy on the phone with another customer. Dave W went to him a few times to get help, but the coworker didnt put the customer or whoever was on the other end of the phone on hold for a few brief moments. If I was in a hurry, this would have been unacceptable. I would have appreciated this gesture from him so that he could assist Dave W and in turn assist me quickly... Anyway, the coworker finally got off his phone and assisted Dave W with his question about my account. Dave W then helped me through to the end of my transaction and was courteous the whole time. Dave gets 5/5 with me, but my overall experience today was a 3.5/5.

Pretty bad service! I went in to transfer my number to a new phone. There was one girl helping me and another customer, and two guys laughing and joking in the back doing nothing. I had to call customer service to get my phone switched, and while I was on the phone the guys came out and then the three started joking and talking really loudly, so that I could barely hear the customer service guy. They were talking about their sex lives and about how late they are to work most of the time. They were all friendly and such but completely unprofessional and useless for their jobs. When it came time to transfer the contacts to my new phone, the guy kind of stared at my phone for a couple minutes (I guess hoping he could magically make the blue tooth work?), then went to plug it into the transferring device. After looking for about five seconds in the two feet of space around him, without bothering to look in the back or anything, he said, "Yeah, I cant find the plug that fits this phone. I dont know where it went. Theres another verizon close by, go to that one." Uhh... really?

Brooke was excellent. I came in here with a small problem and she not only helped me out and made it extremely easy to fix my problem, she fully sympathesized with my concerns which shows that she truly cares about giving me a great customer experience. She made me feel like a customer and not a number, which is extremely rare to find these days. Brooke truly cares about her customers and I really appreciate her attention to detail and her caring attitude. This store and Brooke is absolutely amazing. I definitely would recommend stopping-by this store for any technical questions or assistance.

Stopped in at College Park Verizon store with my IPhone down to 14 percent! Needed to make several arrangements before leaving DC area. Phone would not charge. I was rather upset. David and Jay proceeded to dig an obscene amount of impacted lint out of the charging port...returning to the task to make sure there was a clean connection. Voila! connection made!! Problem solved. Disaster averted. I couldnt be more grateful. Im never going anywhere else when my charging port is clogged. Give those guys a raise. Its rare to find such a wonderful mix of diligence, patience and technical expertise!,

wow, amazed at all these great reviews. I thought I was the only one who knew :) These guys are great!! The best verizon store customer service I have had yet. The actual company verizon stores have been not great experiences for me. Truly helpful, smart, educated..these are the go to guys! I went twice to them recently, one to transfer my phone to new phone- did it effortlessly and quickly. I cant remember what the other problem was but it was resolved quickly. Shabaz and Adeel are the guys I worked with- great customer service and they know what they are doing.

We were helped by David Guzman and he was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I came in to purchase a new phone and he helped me understand everything about how my contract and monthly payment would be different and why. He wasnt pushy or offensive in any way which is usually what I experience with sales people. He also was very patient with us and our questions and even helped us solve an issue with the Verizon customer service right there over the phone while we were in the store. I also should note that we had no wait and had his full attention the entire time.

Poor Customer Service; I came in and waited for 40 minutes and no one greeted me. I understand the two gentlemen were helping customers they were attending to however after one of them finished, he decided to answer the phone and still did not show no urgency or courtesy to the fact that I was sitting in the lobby. I hope Verizon Wireless reads this post. I intended to buy a charger and another accessory and business was extremely slow. Check this out, a young lady walks in and the same guy who was on the phone acknowledges her. I really disapprove of this location.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. From the moment that I walked into the store, the manager Adeel greeted and assisted me. From there I explained how my IPhone screen had cracked and the display screen wasnt working properly due to me dropping the phone several times. Adeel helped walk me through the process of obtaining a new phone. He and his associate Faizan, transferred my contacts, photos and emails were able to be to my new phone. Im so happy that I visited this store. I will refer friends and family to this store in the future.
