We were very excited when we first walked in because the store was quiet and not crowded. We asked about the new Palm Pre, and there was a guy in there joking that we could have his because the woman at the store hadnt been able to help him fix his for days. She said it was the phone, not sprint and we believed her because she seemed competent. We get put on a waiting list for the phone and she says she will call in a few days when the phone gets there. When we dont hear for a week, we call to check on the status and she says "you can come in now, we have some in stock." I tell her we cant come today but we can come tomorrow, can she please hold one for us. She is hesitant to do so which makes me mad because it sounds like they are selling them to anyone who walks in and disregarding the waiting list completely. I tell her, "but we were on the waiting list" and she finally says ok. So I ask for the sunday hours so we can come in, she gives them to me. We go on sunday during the hours she said, and the store is completely dark. So they dont keep standard hours, they dont do what they say they are going to do, and the woman who works there is that dangerous combination of confident and seeming like she knows what she is doing, when in reality she is incompetent. Do not go to this store.

First thing that I did not appreciate was that, although I asked a couple of times, I had to give them all my personal information before they told me how much their plan would cost. Then, they sold me a plan with international text and 2 GB data for $50 while there was another plan at $40 without international text but with 4 GB of data. I was not aware of this other plan and I was upset when I got home and figured out it existed. This is not acceptable because if I go to a store I want the best advice I can get, otherwise I would just do everything online. Presenting all comparable plans is the least they should do. I went back to the store to complain that they did not talk about the $40 plan and after I insisted, they suggested to give me $10 off my next month bill if I came back refill to the store for a $40 plan. 1 Month later I came back to the store but their plans had changed. They only proposed a $45 plan and I had to insist to get the $10 they had promised me. However, they told me that I would only get the $10 back in my next $45 bill (not the first month). I left and told them I would rather go to their competitor. So far that was an excellent choice.

Honestly the worst customer service Ive encountered in a long time. And I say that in comparison to other T-mobile stores that Ive visited over the course of the 10+ years Ive been a customer. A few days ago I visited a store in Tysons with the intention of replacing my phone. The touch on my phone has been acting up and I havent been able to use it for basic functions (making calls, writing texts, etc...) Anyways, the guy in the other store was so friendly. He inspected my phones, discussed options with me and helped me to request a new phone under warranty. When I went in the Silver Spring store to pick up my phone. The sales guy was first, unfriendly then proceeded to look for any reason to find something wrong with my phone. He inspect my phone with a flashlight, said it was okay, and then when he went back to get my phone he returned to say that the hairline crack on my phone would disqualify my phone for warranty coverage. Long story short. I called T-mobile customer service and was assisted by another person to have my phone sent directly to my house under the original warranty coverage I was promised. Do yourself a favor, dont go to this store.

Most helpful mobile telecomms retail store EVER. E v e r. We have been T-Mo customers for a very long time (in Europe AND the US) and their customer service at this retail location was their best weve experienced. The staff, espec Linda S. and Jeff, are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, keen problem-solvers who easily go beyond whats expected of them to provide a holistic and comprehensive yet practical solution/service to their customers. T-Mo will continue to earn my familys business on those factors alone.

My customer experience was wonderful. Every time I go into this location the customer service does not change. I always get all of my answers answered and if someone doesnt know they look for it. No matter how busy it gets my customer experience has and it still is a great experience when I visit this location. Ive gone to a location in White Oak and they had the same great customer service however for some reason I love coming to this Silver Spring location.

Nad customer experience. They try to sell you more expensive plans and will not mention any discounts or specials. When I asked the employee if that will be the same cost to get new sim (pay as you go) online, he said yes, the same as in-store and he said I have to pay 20 or 30 $ for new sim. Not really, at the time on-line you could get new sim card for like 2.95 $vs 20 or 30 $ in-store.

Excellent customer service, specifically the guy named "Ephrem" is dedicated to his job. They dont have accessories for Samsung mobiles ( I bought a Samsung mobile phone from this store but they dont have protection cover). Nice location, no worries about parking
