I received terrible service from Denise R. at this store. When I signed up for my plan, she entered my name wrong, despite having my ID in her hand when she typed it, and when I pointed it out she said it wouldnt matter. Actually, it mattered a lot. My student discount did not go through because the name on my student ID didnt match the name on my account. It has now been 5 months of repeated calls to T-Mobile to try to fix this, and I am still paying an extra $20 a month because I am not receiving my student discount.

I was forced to buy a sim card when the device has one built in. My order was also incorrectly processed so the back ordered item that was reserved for me went to someone else and I was told to wait another six weeks. Switching to Verizon.

Best phoneshop ever. Got myself a tourist plan a couple of days ago. Great advice, great service and superb after sales. Mark gave me a call that I forgot me receipt which I had told him I needed. Mark is a great guy, thanks!

Walked in with an unlocked phone, waited about 10 minutes, and they helped me out. I was there for about twenty minutes total. Received a new t-mobile account and SIM Card. Good to go. No complaints.

The only nice thing about this T-mobile is that its the only place in D.C. that actually has t-mobile reception. Customer service was terrible
