Crushed my Samsung, which I thought was beyond repair. Took it over to Cyberion at Wheaton Mall. Phone was completely fixed (frame, glass, cover, etc.) and looked like new within 30 minutes. The next day, I noticed that the screen was malfunctioning again due to my dropping it again. I took it back with a complaint and was made aware of the stress fracture on the glass, which was not there when I initially picked it up. I realized that this was indeed my fault. However, the technician, Jeetu, replaced it free of charge as a good customer service effort. Jeetu is very knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to keep his customers happy! Love the service and convenience, without having to purchase a new phone for $600 from the provider (unless you have insurance). Great place, I highly recommend them!

My Samsung s4 charging connecter went bad couldnt connect and take a charge. This phone retailed for $499, but Verizon told.me "so bad , cant fix it , you need to buy a new phone, cough up $$$ and re-up for another 2 years" bs , under two years old and works great except for the micro USB charge port so I hit YELP. Found some places that could replace screens, but could not fix the charging port issue, though they all knew about it and shared it seems to be a weakness with Samsung phones. Then I stumbled on CYBERION in Wheaton Mall. They knew of the issue and told me they fixed it all the time. Went there and they fix it and got it back to me all for $69.99. Great service, great price. I will recommend this to my friends! !!

All I have to say is wow. This guy really knows his stuff. I thought my iPhone 6s Plus was completely ruined from dropping it in my sink and they fixed everything, even touch ID works. I will say this, if you think you have water damage and you are looking this up on Google right now, you NEED to take your phone in to see this guy IMMEDIATELY. After 24 hours of having water damage seriously corrodes certain circuits of the phone and it can usually be salvaged, anything longer than 24 hours and the chances go drastically down. I did this on Sunday evening and they saved everything by Monday evening. It was $200 but I feel like that is pretty good for not having to replace a $1000 phone.

I had a great experience & will be back! Had dropped my laptop and creaked -no other issues, just couldnt see the screen. Best Buys/Geek Squad wanted to charge me $350 to fix it. At that rate, I had started to consider replacing the laptop all together. But it just seemed like a lot more money than was needed for this kind of hardware problem. Did a quick search and found Cyberion laptop Repair nearby. G2 was very courteous, concerned and super easy to work with. When all repairs were completed, they only charged me $159. Plus it was totally local, unlike Geek Squad whose repairs would have been done in outside state. Will definitely recommend them to friends...

Had high expectations about the place from reading the Google reviews. Drove to wheaton plaza with a cracked screen on a motorola mini droid phone. The first thing the guy asked me at the counter was do you have insurance? I responded: "if I had insurance, I wouldnt be at your store." Then he quoted me an outrageous price of about $140 which is probably more than the cost the phone itself. Didnt seem to want my business. Left and went around the corner to cell repair place in the mall which was a kiosk, and they found a part for me and said they could repair it at a much lower price!

Luxse is absolutely AMAZING! I came into the shop in complete panic mode when my phone went black last Saturday. I got the phone back the next day is good working condition. However, three days later, the phone had a yellow tint and went black again. Apparently one of the wires was loose inside the phone. I went back to Luxse and fixed it on the spot, no drama, no hassle. He even threw in a free case and tempered glass screen protector for my troubles! Cyberion backs up their work and I would recommend them to anyone! I wish I could have given 10 stars.

After about an hour of searching for places the repair cracked smartphone screens, I discovered Cyberion. A quick phone call verified that they had the parts and could do the job, so I took a trip. Dropped the phone off and walked around the mall, got a burger, and went back about an hour and a half later to pick the phone up. Looks brand new, and everything works. It cost about $130 to have the glass on a Galaxy S3 replaced. I cant even tell the phones been worked on. They did a great job, and were very helpful in answering my questions.

Thanks to the guys they know what they are doing and they know their cell phones. The sweet Asian guy who troubleshoot while he talks is magnificent and so couteous. I walked over to Macys to do some shopping and then he gave me the semi good news. He fixed what he could, but its my fault for purchasing an iPhone from ebay, even if it was from a 5 star sellar. In the mall, convenient, trustworthy.... trust them with your cell phone issue... Thanks Google to find this place !!!

I received outstanding service today from Jeetu. I walked in to have my damaged IPhone screen replaced without appointment, and he actually finished in 20 minutes. He also gave me a deal on a old IPhone of mine, data transfer from the old phone to new phone, a new durable IPhone case ($35 value), and screen protector. Everything for $100!!!

The best cell phone repair company in the area. Been there over 4 times for accessories and three phone cracks overtime. Been better with my cell phone care strats, so havent had to visit them this year lol. A recommendation from me to them certainly!

I am so glad that I took my son iphone 5 replace screen with Cyberion in Wheaton shopping mall. It is a little pricey. However, it is a lot cheaper than Apple. The repair man was very friendly and helpful.. Thanks....

Wow, charing $240 for a new screen on an S5 that I bought off of Amazon for $220. Rip off. As I walked away the guy tried to negotiate but wouldnt go under $200 - clearly didnt want my business.
