I had a problem when my phone had broke and couldnt see my screen anymore. I got a new phone through the insurance company but they needed my broken phone mailed back within a certain time and I was on a time crunch in order to try and retrieve the items I needed. I had some pictures and videos that were important to me and I had tried anything and everything to get my pictures back but even my cell phone provider was no help. I came to see Alex and his staff and they helped me the same day, took no time at all, and was able to get my saved pictures and videos onto my new phone. I drove 30 mins out of my way to come to this location. Great friendly staff, cheap price. You need something fixed, go see these guys!

I initially had a not so good experience with Forever Wireless. I wrote an HONEST review. I was extremely surprised when an owner read the reviews and contacted me because he was unhappy about what happened with me. He said that is not how the operate and that he wants his business to give excellent customer service. After speaking with the owner and having him remedy the situation and then some, says a lot about how Forever Wireless will do what they need to do to have the customer leave happy. I will recommend Forever wireless/Boost Mobile to my friends! I have had great phone and data service and the price is one of the lowest around!

They are very honest and really want to do the best job. My husbands iphone 6 with a broken screen, which they promptly repaired, however the touch screen still acted up by the next day. They really tried their best to repair it, however when they were unable to (because its more likely a motherboard issue not just the screen, which sadly is uncommon with that phone), the gave him a full refund. I was surprised by how friendly they were and easy to work with. We would def go back if we ever need a another repair done (which is likely with how my husband is with his phones).

The service person answered the phone with food in her mouth. It was obvious that she was chewing as she talked to me. For a place that specializes in communication, this is quite surprising. I asked if they had a particular phone, and unbeknownst to me, I could get an upgrade to my phone (of which I have NO contract) if Im a current Boost customer. Ironically, the phone will cost me $25.00 more than if I bought it online from Boost itself. Sorry, I decline.

I just purchased my IPhone 6 from Forever Wireless/Boost mobile. The representative was very polite, helpful and informative about my new device. She also helped me transfer my information from my android to my IPhone! She has her work cut out for her! Thank you guys for my new device and the great customer service.

I upgraded my phone, tweaked my monthly plan. Because of their customer service, I will stay with Boost.
