Today I went into purchase a new phone. That was strictly my mission nothing else. I wanted an easy and smooth transaction. As I browsed their phone selection, Steven an employee at the store approached me and asked if I needed any help. I proceeded to ask a couple of question about the phones I was looking at and he answered them with no problem and helped me make my choice. He provided the BEST customer service I have had in a while. Not only was he very personable, he knew his stuff and he made it an easy process !! He made sure he offered and explained different services I may need to enhance my Cricket experience. Although I declined, he truly had a genuine approach and did make me think twice about my options and necessities. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to. If you ever make a trip to this store definitely ask for him, and if management is reading this GIVE HIM A RAISE! lol.

The store is very professional. Amy is a good representative there, if you need any help with adding a new line she is good. The managers are good people and they take care of you. If you need a cricket store this is a place to go.
