Recently just upgraded at this location, saw it was newly remodeled and a new staff. My experience was amazing. They answered all my questions, transferred all my information for me to my new phone, and left happy. Store said it was under new management, plus they had a store mascot of a cute black puppy!! Will be doing all my business here from now on!

Went there just this past Sunday for a upgrade to an I phone. Tom B. was very knowledgeable switched over all apps contacts, etc and set phones . Great guy to work with, treated us great and very courteous. We have always had a good experience at this location and recommend it, especially Thomas.

Every time I come in here they make a promise and then back track the next time. Customer service is terrible here, and they ARE NOT A CORPORATE STORE I do not care what they tell you, that was the first question I asked when I came in and it was a bold faced lie.

Negative stars!!! Would nnnneeevvveerr go here again!! They bill you for things that are Not explained to you, mix up your address, do not follow through with things, tell you you are getting free things then bill you later!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!
