Terrible customer service. Was considering switching networks after a bad customer service experience with Straight Talk, but after interacting with one staff, will not be switching to ATT, ever. He told me that people switched to ATT for coverage, not the price when I noted that they really had nothing comparable price wise. He said better coverage cost more money and then dissmissed me. If only he knew my reason for switching had nothing to do with coverage and was all about customer service. Clearly ATT is network of the bourgeoise, not the common person who wants good service.

If you want help or customer service dont even bother going to this store. I pay monthly insurance on my phone and when the screen started freezing and the phone was shutting off they told me all I could do was buy a new one.. for almost double the price Id originally payed. I then told the manager, a surly woman, that maybe I should just cancel my service because I didnt understand why I was paying insurance if I wasnt insured. She said "fine, well cancel youre account". Arent you in the business of keeping customers not turning them over to your competition?

I have been doing business with this store for 12 years, until now. I called and inquired about the iPhone 6 availability and the young lady that answered simply stated "I dont know" and hung up. Terrible customer service, Ill never return to this store. Im in Sales for an award winning company four years in a row and was disgusted by her lack of care for the customer. Terrible.

This store is on the cutting edge of tech! They all use ipads and are on top of the latest stuff! I read the review of the other person and I had that happen too to my phone... it was covered free under the warranty, I dont get why they were getn mad at the store??? They cant fix issues, hello! Thats why they got warranty centers that do just that!

Very helpful staff who gave me ALL of my options up front. They were slightly pushy on getting accessories but stopped when I said I was not going to get any. The only reason why I am not giving a full 5 stars is because the wait is a little insane. I waited 20 minutes but others behind me had an hour wait.. Make an appointment instead of walking in!
