Ive been working with mobile technology for over 20 years and have never met a more knowledgeable sales rep. The store manager, Alexandrea, answered every question we had and made suggestions that we didnt think of which made the experience even better. We switched 6 phones from Verizon to Sprint and combined 2 plans without any issues. I would recommend if you are considering an upgrade or a new plan and you want information without any pressure, stop by and talk to Alexandrea!

I went into the Sprint store today to switch over and begin a new plan. I was taken care of by Anthony who was extremely helpful. From beginning to end the service was fantastic. Both he and his co worker at the time, Charles, made good conversation and made me feel that I was valued as a customer. Anthony helped me find the right plan for me and I would 100% recommend going to that store if you are considering switching to Sprint and asking for Anthony.

After my iPhone broke for the 4th time I was ready to leave iPhones alone and switch carriers with less coverage with the hopes of low monthly payments until I walked into sprint and spoke with nick. Nick assured me i had more than one option and also made me feel very satisfied with my purchases. I got such a great deal and I was so satisfied I even bought a second phone. Our family was having a few problems with our phones and the company trying to charge us extra. Went into the store at capital city mall and Alexandrea and Maz completely took care of our problem in like five minutes and were extremely professional and great to work with! They were seriously awesome!!!! If you have a problem, request to deal with either of these two!

Nick was fantastic! He was very helpful, had a great knowledge of the products and was extremely patient with me because I Know nothing about technology. He was pleasant and worked very hard to get us set up with what would work for our needs! Excellent customer service. He even helped us eat our pretzels that we offered him.

Worst customer service lines I have ever had to deal with. The people working in the store are all rude. And they all either tell me something different every time I call customer care or they just hang up when they are done listening to me. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Long waits, miss communication. The staff lies about services. I brought in my own phone and was told it would work on the sprint service plan only to find out it doesn’t. Now I’m fighting to cancel service for a refund. #frustrated

Dont try to order phones from this store.. I called every week for 3 weeks and they would give me a run around and didnt know when they would be in.. "they never ordered them".. Went to Best Buy had my phones that day!
