Store manager, Mr. Douglas Janifer, was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards my husband. He had the least intention to assist us with a warranty and basically dismissed us with a "do whatever you want to do, but I am not honoring your warranty." Needless to say this warranty we were claiming for an accessory we bought at this same store. Definitely NOT recommending this store. Mr. Janifer claimed hes been with AT&T for eleven years. I am positive he can stay there for 30 more while living his "happy life" as a store manager! I also agree with a review down below. The manager is biased and it seemed to me he has a racism issue. Although as a business owner and professional himself, my husband handles English conversations pretty well, he does have a strong accent, and didnt receive a courteous approach from Mr. Janifer. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

As a long time Customer of AT&T and a supporter of their retail stores, normally when I upgrade my mobile I also include the accessories. I do this for the great warranty of a year in accessories with AT&T. I went to this store to claim my warranty on my case and for my surprise, the store manager told me he was not going to honor this, because it was an accident. His attitude towards me (also talking in a very loud tone) was disrespectful and needless to say, very unprofessional. When I stated I have a grandparent account, that I knew what I was talking about, and that I have been with AT&T for many years, he told me it didnt matter because hes been with AT&T for 11 years as well. Needless to say I will NOT recommend this store to anyone!

I do not recommend this store if you are having a problem with your service. The staff is very unsympathetic and condescending, as if any problem is your fault. The issue seems to come from top management down where a culture of staff superiority over the customers is prevalent. As an example, I went in to report a problem with my account and was told that my wife is the only authorized person on the account. So they would not even discuss the issue with me. I went home to bring my wife back (30 miles roundtrip) and then found out that my authorization could have been handled over the phone. Information that was not volunteered by the staff. They showed no concern over my inconvenience. NO STARS for this store!!!!

Im another long time AT&T customer. Walked in as the store opened this morning to start a new plan a get an iPhone. The "hostess" took my name and told me to browse. I sat down to wait for an associate. Several sales associates sat across the store and played on their tablets. After 10 minutes I walked out. I was the only customer in the store and was invisible. Amazing to me. Morons!

A useless visit. A swanky new store with unfriendly staff. There was no attempt made by the sales guy to help me in anyway or to explain the concepts. No smile and no service. Either an attitude problem or a race problem, I dont know. I found the Verizon staff a little better but far below the mark.
