On Tuesday, 11/19 the pharmacist was supposed to contact my physician to resolve a problem and I was to return on a later date to collect my prescription. I arrived today, (a Friday) and waited at the drive-up window for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. Well, it appears my Dr. was never contacted, which I understand may happen at any busy establishment with a junior employee. Im very tolerant of this type of mistake as Ive made some terrible mistakes too, far worse than this. But what I dont accept is the attitude of the individual who waited on me at the window... Basically, he told me to call my physician and come back later. I understand mistakes, I/we make them quiteoften (were human afterall), but I DONT understand the "Resolve it yourself and comeback later" attitude that prevailed here.

If your in town and looking for nice and happy workers dont stop here drive to another CVS.... But then again maybe they all didnt want to come to work on labor day : )

Ive gotten all my prescriptions filled here the last few years. Theyre always pleasant to deal with, and have been helpful in resolving issues with insurance.
