I have had nothing but very good experiences here - and several of them. They have fixed a laptop and a cell phone for me (screens) at lower price than what the big stores would charge, and they have given me fair price for other laptops and phones that dont work, so they can use the parts on other devices. I have found them to be very honest and straightforward. I will not go back to the Apple Store or Geek Squad or places like that, because you get a run-around, you dont get to speak directly to the tech person, and they want very high prices to do anything, usually involving sending your device away and waiting. There is none of that with these guys.

Took my note here to get fixed. There was one person in the store he was helping a older women with her laptop. While the laptop was powering up he asked me what I was here for. The laptop came up and he looked at it for a min then went back to me. The woman was trying to ask him a question and he didnt answer her. The guy took it to the back. Came back a few minutes later and said yep it is bad. I asked if it can be fixed the guy said no we cant fix it. As he hands the phone back he said we can fix it but will most likely break the screen. Thought the guy was kind of rude to the older women. It was like he didnt want to do anything.

NOTHING but great things to say about this place. I drove by one day on a whim and decided to take my cracked LCD Macbook Pro 15 in to get a quote. Theyre super friendly and helpful (and very affordable/fair). I ended up ordering a replacement screen from Amazon that has the wrong parts, ordered a second one that didnt work and finally ordered the correct panel for the laptop. Each time I went in (or called) to find out the status of the computer, I felt comfortable and got informed, efficient answers. I appreciate their patience while going through my LCD panel saga and would go back for all of my electronic needs!

OK folks, this is how much I was impressed with these guys. I had to create a Google account (MAC user), then create a Google profile and give more personal information to that system just so I could write this review. I showed up less than an hour before closing and the gladly fixed my broken iPhone 5 screen in about 30 minutes. Cost was minimal and they were welcoming and friendly. I have passed by this place for years and never thought to stop in, but Im sure glad I did. Service for me was wonderful and Id recommend them to anyone else - even if you have to create a Google+ account!

I had a great experience with this small company. I brought my phone in for a screen repair and my phone broke under their care. Its not typical of small companies to do this, but I was offered an IPhone 6s as an upgrade from my IPhone 6 to accommodate my loss. The IPhone 6s is brand new and has worked wonderfully for a week. Highly Recomnended My experience was very good the technicians are friendly, professional and fast. Generally many tech issues can be addressed while you wait and those that cant be repaired as quickly are taken care of with a day or two. Zans Computer Services and phone repair offers low cost products and software packages that will keep your systems running in tip top shape. My family, friends and my company has been using Zans for over 6 years.

My 3 year old iPhone 5s broke, somehow the teeth for the charging cable jammed. I did not have time to go to an Apple Store and found this place online. Highly recommended! For $45 they replaced the charging port. It took two trips, the first time they used an after market piece so Touch ID did not work, went back 2 days later and he swapped it to an original piece. Each trip phone was ready in 30 minutes.

After reading other reviews on Google about this place, I decided to give it a shot after stupidly getting an SD card stuck in my phone. They took a look at it, said they could definitely get it removed (they had to crack the phone open to do so) and even gave me the price up front so I knew what I was getting myself into before they even did anything. No tricks, great service, would definitely recommend.

Took in my phone that I thought was beyond repair, hoping for a miracle. And they were able to fix it! Super fast service, it took less than an hour to replace the entire front of my phone for a reasonable price compared to the alternative of having to buy a new phone or even a new, used phone. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Went to get my 5s repaired, camera wasnt able to work but wasnt charged. Replaced the screen and the vibrate function didnt work anymore but it worked just fine before the fix. Then my screen cracked the next day right across the top of the camera area. Service was fair but I wasnt happy with the phone repair.

Fixed my phone for $89 on a Iphone 6s did it quick and simple no problem there but the guy tried to charge me a extra 45 for a battery I didnt need..not sure if I would go back would you? Seems like he tried to beat me out of $45
