Artee provided the "Finest Customer Service" Ive ever experienced...PERIOD! Switched from SPRINT to VERIZON. What a " nightmare"! SPRINT had my phone "Locked", a phone that I paid for and I was years past contract date! Spent "3" half days on the phone trying to get my phone unlocked. Never been lied to so many times its "Unreal". Almost had to hire an interpreter! Then; they had the "audacity" to "Thank Me!" for requesting an "Upgrade"! Are you SERIOUS??? Went to Artee who literally spent FIVE hours with me in the store. He could wait on other customers because; SPRINT kept putting me on hold for 30 minutes OR, I had to wait for them to call me back. They told Artee, theyd unlock my phone in 48-72 hours. Another lie told "Twice"!!! Finally left to wait for "Unlock". Artee asked: Do you realize, youve talked with 8 people today and not even "1" spoke English? I kept handing the phone to him because; I couldnt understand what they were saying!!! Phone unlocked. Back to VERIZON. Very busy place with 7-8 Reps. They needed my account number which I didnt have. So; down to Sprint. "1" Rep. Just "1" Friendly Rep. ONLY "1" customer!!! Back to VERIZON today. They were packed. Told me it would be 30 minutes to see Artee. That was exactly right! Had read all the negative comments on this review and had 30 minutes to observe every employee and customer. I was sitting in the middle of four customers who were delighted by the service they received! ONE REGRET: I cant give Artee "10" Stars!!!

The guy who helped me was terrible. We had problems with in store pickup payment, so we go into the store and the guy up front helps us "Finish" our order and he puts it in for delivery. He said that we had it in the cart for delivery. I checked my email and it said for in store pick up originally. What the heck am I doing in the store for delivery? Why would I go to the store to get for delivery when they have it in stock? What? So terrible. Waste of time and I dont appreciate his lack of thinking before doing in a SALES job, very unorganized. His response was its too late to cancel. So I called customer service to get them to take care of it. Customer service on the phone was way more helpful than this guy. They let us know that he didnt continue our order but instead, he had created a new order. Good job Verizon guy, you are terrible at your sales job. You lack organizational, customer oriented communication skills, and you are lazy for not being more thorough with your job. Im very unsatisfied with this location on the Carlisle pike. Thank you customer service for not making all of Verizon look as bad as this guy.

Had the BEST customer service EVERYTHING from Verizon. Was LUCKY ENOUGH to get help from an EXTREMELY Polite, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Funny, NOT AT ALL PUSHY, and EXTREMELY PATIENT sales associate names ARTEE. He was fantastic. Listened to the problems I was having, understanding that NOT EVERYONE grew up with computers. He had me show him what I was trying to do, and then SLOWLY TAUGHT me how to fix the problemsame I was having and how to keep them from coming back. I will ONLY deal with ARTEE in the future. I was lucky that someone else waiting told me about him. I had to wait most of an hour, and while waiting for Artee was offered several times to get someone else to work with, but I told them if I had to wait all day I was going to wait for him. Very glad I did. If you are not the wizard kid with computers and did not grow up with them, did not have to use them in your job, and are barely able to retrieve email and texts, and need to have a problem fixed and how to do something explained, ARTEE is the man to see.

Bunch of morons working in there. I was "helped" by a lady named.. Joanna, I think? Had the personality of a brick. Unbelievably unfriendly and angry at the world. My phone was within the one-year warranty when a known software defect rendered it unable to turn on. I needed a new phone as quickly as possible as Im leaving on an international trip. Joanna told me there was nothing they could do for me as I didnt have insurance (even though it made sense to me that this was covered by the warranty). She had zero interest in helping me at all.. just wanted me to leave. I called Verizon a bit later and they were on it right away, and a new phone arrived two days later. So thanks Joanna for trying to screw me over..

Terrible, terrible, (did I mention it was terrible?) service oriented place of business. Took my phone number as soon as I entered the store and told me I was "second" on the call tablet they put my info in. Good luck with that. Slow turnaround with several store attendees looking busy but with nothing to do. Why couldnt they see if there was something they could help me with instead of holding a tablet and not speaking or helping anyone? Guess what, I fixed it myself while I was waiting - simply powered the phone down and back up again and voila! Why couldnt they at least tell me to try something like that while I waited? Ive been to this store before and basically the same treatment. No stars for this store.

This store is an absolute nightmare. Like others, they attempted to bully me into buying accessories by only agreeing to waive particular fees if I would by a Phone Case/Memory Card/Car charger bundle. Like every visit to this store, you walk into sheer chaos and massive disorganization. Sometimes someone will check you in, sometimes not. There was a recent instance after waiting for 45 minutes CHECKED IN and knowing I needed assistance by acknowledging theyd be right with me, a woman came in the door and somehow managed to get help immediately without ever checking in. This of course resulted in my having to wait longer and there was no apology or explanation. I absolutely dread going to this store.

What a horrible company to have worked for 12 years. Constantly having computer issues with no support. No sense of leadership and some of the worst management youll ever see. This company is constantly cutting positions and placing that burden upon their sales reps. Giving their customers less and less support. Though still charging high prices for sure, And allowing reps to slam products and services down customers throats most of which the customer has no clue what they are signing up for. Especially out of this location in Mechanicsburg. So as a former employee Id stay away.

What a nightmare!!! We switched over a total of 6 lines from AT&T to Verizon we were promised so much that turned out to be nothing but lies! We were told we would get 400 per line 200 in instant credit to our Verizon account and the remaining 200 per line on Visa cards two months later we received nothing but a 1000 dollar phone bill and a manager telling us that he is sorry for such a misunderstanding he will coach his representatives better! Wow blown away needless to say we cancelled everything!! Absolutely the worst experience ever!! And absolutely no accountability

Horrible experience with sales person. Walked in knowing which phone I wanted to purchase and had questions about possibly switching to unlimited plan if it made sense cost-wise. The salesman was more interested in pushing promotions on other items than helping us get what we wanted, they lost the sale we went to another Verizon store..where I got a new phone and unlimited plan, paying less per month.
