Staff trys to help you... usually fails. Ive walked in there on two occasions and the staff wont even acknowledge you.. once I placed an order for my iPhone I got charged for it but it never showed up and on top of that it came with attitude from their staff that made mistakes on the order! 3 stars due to the fact some of them explained the tedious process and its not always their fault. They refer you to the 1-800 customer service line half the time...

Visited this place with a question about updating my plan. One other customer in the store and two employees, one of whom was assisting the customer. Not sure what the other guy was doing. Certainly not his job. Was told "it would be a minute before someone could help me." I waited 15 before giving up and walking out.
