Dropped by this t-mobile store to get a sim card for my ipad after just losing my wallet with ID, which they asked for in order to verify my account. I offered a picture of my passport, credit cards, and my actual t-mobile bill to the customer service rep, who in turn went to get permission from the manager. She quickly came back and and said her manager told her she couldnt help without a physical ID. When I asked to speak with the manager, Jasmine - I was told she wouldnt see me. Unfortunate service and experience from a company who normally excels in customer service. Will update after going to another t-mobile store for comparison.

The customer service in this store is awful!!! I walk in.. A representative (lady) was there I asked if she can help? She answer me a rude wait what I want ... I told her that my iphone was not working was not turning on... She said I have to pay about $175 to get a new phone or go to the Apple Store ...because she could not do anything.. She didnt even try to do anything ... Look like I was bothering her been there!!! The customer service sucks!! In this store

Staff at this location is amazingly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help navigate the fun that is dealing with your mobile provider. Way better than calling Customer service--go see these guys and theyll make sure you end up with a non-exploding phone and all your data. Hope Samsung and Tmobile appreciate their in-store team!

This facility has outstanding customer service!!! I purchased a Samsung 6 and tablet using a particular promotion. However a month later, I found out my purchase was not covered by the promotion. The store manager Luis, honored the promotion and credited my account. What a trustworthy group of people.
