I can honestly say that in my entire life I have never interacted with a more deceitful, shady and dishonest store. This store should be avoided and should not be considered a Verizon store. Before purchasing anything from this store, be sure to double check prices online and with Verizon Wireless. I later made small talk with a former employee who assured me that the old manager ( I believe his name was Rahul) was consistently making fraudulent claims, taking advantage of elderly/ignorant customers and was doing "fraudulent/borderline illegal" practices daily. Two weeks ago, my LED screen stopped working entirely. The insurance company that I purchased the (terrible) plan from has since gone out of business. The claim was made on October 24th and I am told that I can expect a phone on November 8th. When I called to request a loaner phone, the associate said they would not offer me one at the time. I explained that it was my not my fault that the insurance company went out of business and he said, "I once went without a phone for a month and I handled it just fine." Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

Check out the reviews at Yelp on this store. I wish I had read them myself before I went there. I will not go into the details of my case but give you some basic facts. This store is NOT a Verizon Wireless store although they have done everything to look and sound like one. They have DIFFERENT policies and offerings than Verizon Wireless including a NO RETURNS policy. They may not tell you that before you purchase, but there may be a sign on a counter with small print that you may want to read first. You may also want to contact Verizon Wireless to inform yourself about all of THEIR fees before you sign papers at the store. The business is cleverly called We R Wireless which to me, at least, seemed to be a Verizon Wireless slogan, until (too late) I realized it was a separate business! Worse, apparently Verizon Wireless condones their practices, since they clearly have some kind of marketing arrangement going on! I could say other things, but Ill stop here.

I went to this store on 4 different occasions simply because I wanted to pick up my pre ordered phone. The first time they said they could not sell it to me until the next day even though they had it there. Fine. The second time they said their servers were down, and tell me to return 2 hours later. The third time I return 2 hours later and they are all busy (which is not their fault), with the exception of one guy who is literally just sitting there. The fourth time I go on a Sunday, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00 am. I get there at 10:30 am and its closes. I call them at 11:20 am and no answer. I finally called them at 12:00 pm and get an answer. I ask what time they open today and they sat 10:00 am... Bottom line is that the people are actually helpful when they talk to you one on one. But the professionalism is frustratingly amateur. Ill never be coming back to this retailer again.

My family and I just bought 3 new phones at this location. I have to say, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional these guys are here! I have had some bad experiences when purchasing new phones for my family with representatives lying and promising the world to only be delivered junk. We thought we knew what we wanted when we came here, but the indian guy that works there, name starts with Ra I think, talked us out of them because he felt that those phones were junk. So glad that he didnt just sell us what we came in for because we LOVE these new phones! Could not have asked for more! Very rare to have someone be so honest about everything! This will be our new store for EVERYTHING! Not going to bother going anywhere else. Just like the saying, if its not broken, why fix it?!

This place is awesome!! I dont know why people hate retailers, I personally would much rather deal with the guys here than the corporate guys in the malls. I actually found out that they gave me my incredible 4g for $50 when it was selling for $100 online. Every time Im at an "official" verizon store, I always feel like Im part of a cattle. Always rushed in and out with no service. Whenever I come to the store on Lee Hwy and Spout Run they always take their time with me and my family, show us everything we need to know. I know I can go there anytime for whatever reason and will be helped instead of being degraded because I dont know technology as much. They got a new manager there, I think his name is Rahul or something like that, but hes great! Im telling everyone to come here from now on

Best Verizon store ever! Went in there with my girlfriend to get her a new iPhone and the guy there went above and beyond. Every rep I ever dealt with always rushed me in and out doing the bare minimum, this guy (I think his names rahul or rauol? sorry if i butchered it lol) took his time to explain every thing and set up everything for her. Somehow managed to get her contacts from her busted phone too. Very impressed! Definitely will refer everyone here!

I tried to call to ask if they had a phone in stock 20 minutes after their opening time. Both times the phone rang about 15 times, then defaulted to beeps and a hang-up. Somehow I expected more from a phone store, even if they were with a customer. Guess they answered my question by default. I need to take my business elsewhere.

Rahul helped me in getting a new phone at this store. Compared to all the other people I have dealt with in the past, he was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to go over every little detail and was very thorough in doing so. Would definitely recommend everyone to go see him!

I thought i got a hoes job at the car wash. You will no longer be bending people over the barrel... Its called the Better Business Bureau. They have your number on speed dial, with numerous clams, SHOCKER! Keep sending the money you take in the USA to build infrastructure in China. Nice touch boys!

This store is under new management and its a 100% difference from before. The staff is very energetic and helpful. I came in with small children and the staff did a great job of fixing my phone and keeping the kids entertained, which I really appreciated.

The staff at this. store from the manager to the reps is terrific. My wife and I spent a couple of hours with them upgrading our phones. They know their stuff, were very patient and always had smile.
