We were switching from verizon to tmobile. We have opened an account to this store and theyve ordered the phone we want cause it was not available in this store we have waited for 7 business day thinking maybe it was the usual delivery time but it turn out theyve made a mistake and the order did not went through. We went back to the store made another transaction and after 5 days the phone arrived. I went back to the store for them to transfer the numbers from verizon to tmobile but this black guy just said I cant do anything you can just call the 611 he did not even try to do it even when I told him the account no. will be sent to me so that he can access our account. He even told me that the machine they use to transfer information from one phone form another is not working when in fact 2 weeks ago the person who have assisted us to open an account told us that when we come back she will transfer all the information and contacts from my verizon phone and will gladly transfer our verizon no. to tmobile. Laziest costumer service. Even when I went in the store he did not even acknowledge my presence and ignored me even that he is not assisting anybody.We are only like 2 costumer there and the other costumer was being assisted by the other sales representative and he was just there standing. Bad costumer service.

Total ripoff. Just asked a dude to linked my SIM card with my other number because the phone was in a repair shop. He took out a working SIM card you keep this give me a new one and charge me for it. I bought phone there but I will never return to that store again. He had already put the sim in my phone and I was in rush. Total ripoff

Dont recommend going to this store. The workers start laughing at you if you dont know how to use a phone or if you dont know English.
