The last two times I went to this store, I got such great service!. A manager named Jackson was fantastic at helping me get a service plan that was right for me when corporate T-Mobile gave me a plan that didnt meet my needs. Alex stayed on the phone for a long time while I was in the store, making sure I had a plan that worked before I left the store. Thank you all for your great care and attentiveness to me!

I just had the best phone store experience ever here at the Tmobile in Rosehill VA. I was helped by a very nice young lady, Xina. Shehelped me with adding a new phone, saved me money each month. ..but the best part was her customer service and helping down to the smallest details. She took a real interest in what I needed. I would definitely recommend this store when you are looking for a phone!

My experience was awesome and painless needless to say. Ariel and Vanessa were of big help getting my new phone up and going and I actually didnt break my pocket with my new Samsung due to promotion. I was helped from beginning to end and they were awesome! Best phone experience with excellent customer service by far! Yay

Horrible customer service. Sales rep had rude comment over 18 cents that i was short on my bill. I have never in my life ever be so rude i would not recommand this place. She had a nasty attitude

Hated it, I arrived at the store at 5:20 on Sunday, as I was headed to the door, the big fat guy locked the door & closed the store almost 40 minutes before closing. Terrible

Awesome! I was helped by Jimmy who cancelled my other provider and set me up with two new phones. this was by far the best experience I have had with a mobile provider.
