I honestly wish I could give less than 1 star because thats what this place deserves. After making a purchase online I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived the place was fairly busy and everyone that worked there was with someone. A manager named "Elvis" looked at me and said "what do you want?" as if I was bothering him. I told him I was here to pick up and he said someone would "check me in" later. I waited for another 10 min and another guy walked over that was helping another customer that left. he asked if I needed help and I told him I was picking up and he said "oh I thought it was something easy, never mind Im helping these people." and he pointed to the couple the manager was already helping. Then another guy walks out of the store that was being helped by the 3rd employee. I walked to him to ask if he could help and he curtly said no, pointing to the door and said "Im helping him" about a new customer that just walked in! When the manager finally finished with his and apparently the rest of the store employees customer, he turned to me and I gave him my sheet. He says "wel this wasnt processed, Ill have to check if we even have it." He goes back to the back for about 20 seconds and comes out to say he didnt have it in stock and that someone just before me bought the last one. I called bullshit immediately, this guy was lying. I called customer support and they said they cant verify stock (WHY THE HELL DO YOU SELL ONLINE AND WANT PEOPLE TO PICK UP THEN???). I called the store back about 10 minutes later asking if they had any 32gb S6+ in stock and the guy on the phone said they did and just got a shipment. Complete waste of my time and ignorant employees!! I have been with AT&T for over 15 years, but no more! Were done.

This place is beyond every possible critique, except a few small exceptions... First of all, I do not appreciate being called an idiot from an employee, whose paycheck is signed thanks to us, the customer. Edward was extremely rude, judgmental, and tempered. I went to ask for an upgrade, but I guess I did not appear like a man, who he should respect. He tried to talk me out of it, every possible way, although I was willing to pay the remaining $66 from my old phone. He just did not want to deal with me. As I walked out, he claimed that I broke the door, which had already appeared in a very poor condition. Then, the man had the nerve to call me an "idiot"... Sadly, this is not the first disappointing experience at this location, except this time it really spilled the bucket... I will never set foot in that place again, and i will definitely cancel my service at the end of September, as I just paid for it!

This store is overstaffed and it is an authorized device support center, but they do not want to help you at all. I walked in and was greeted by one gentleman who said there was one device support specialist. I waited 30 minutes and the device support specialist did not want to help me at all. He did not take me seriously, he was incredibly unprofessional, interrupted me, he was rude, and you could tell he did not want to do his job. On top of all that, I counted nine other employees standing around and socializing. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and I refuse to work with the same device support specialist. If this store is overseen by corporate I sincerely hope there are steps in place to improve the customer service and environment.

Very poor customer service, had horrible experience. I am long time customer of ATT and was disappointed to deal with Carlos, Joselyn and Aaron. Made me to come back again and again on different pretext and no two person provided the same information to one request. Carlos changed my account to new accounts and didnt even ask me before doing what he did to my lines. Forget finding any solution from this team...he just left me hanging there and called the day ..no courtesy shown! so if you are ATT existing customer find better place to go than coming to this corporate store. They dont care about you :( I cant even change to other carrier as a result of what they did to my account.

This store is terrible and terrible. My cell couldnt charge, I brought my phone to this store, they said the port is broken, they couldnt charge neither can fix it, I need to buy a new phone. I sat there an hour, the sales didnt show any intention to sell me a phone, sale persons working attitude was kind of lazy. I left AT&T and went to Best Buy to buy a phone, after new phone was set up, I asked Best Buy to transfer data from old phone to new phone, Best Buy charged the old phone and it went very well. If I knew the old phone can be charged, I would not buy a new phone. I wonder what kind of professional knowledge and service this AT&T store has?

This store has changed for the worst. Sometime not long ago, there was a female manager whom youd barely catch in store. Now that theres new management someone named Chris according to staff. It seems like theres never a manager on duty. Been there multiple times and everytime i ask for a manager, theres never one. I asked when hes there, and employees seemed lost saying maybe before 4pm? Im not the only one thats needed manager to solve something when Ive gone. Ive seen people leave because theres no manager on duty to help.

They dont accurately display their stock online, so despite the website showing that they have something in stock, I wouldnt bet on them being able to help you. The company wide policy also seems to be that if you cant help them without any effort being put forth, send them to best buy. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cant purchase a phone from the VENDOR of my cell phone service. Do not go to this at&t store or any other for that matter.

This was my first visit, so its possible that the employees have changed since the last reviews before mine; in any case, the employees currently there were very polite and helpful, and solved my sim card issue quickly and professionally.
