WORST verizon store i ever been to. The spanish representative that was there was the most rude human being ever. We asked him if its possible to change the responsibility of my account to someone else & he rudely answer with "who ever sent you here needs to stop sending people here, i am not trained for that". His answer should of been "no we dont do that here, sorry". He is simply disrespectful & so unprofessional. The worst part about it is that there was customers inside too when he made his nasty statement. I did not get the employees name, but he was at work today wednesday August 3, 2016 at 5:00pm. People like those shouldnt be working there. I will never go there again & ill make sure people i know dont go there either if he continues to work there.

One of the few Verizon retailers that also accept FiOS equipment exchanges and returns, they appear to be a FiOS-related hub more than a mobile-related hub. There are two counters, one each for mobile and FiOS, but this also was inconsistent. They have a "Please Take a Number" system that apparently does not get used consistently. When I walked in and saw a bunch of people sitting with equipment, I asked if I needed to sign in, to which the answer was no. One nicely-dressed worker was managing the store queue while also flitting between customer processing. The interior was comfortable but not designed for the type of customer traffic it was receiving. The mobile samples were mostly non-functioning demos. They did appear to have a surplus of accessories.

Not owned by Verizon, useless store. Wanted to return a phone but couldnt without UPC code, despite having a receipt and buying the phone not but 2 days before. The manager was not only rude about dismissing the return but totally complacent and self-serving when confronted with reason and an appeal for customer service. At least buying from a Verizon store and not this premium retailer disguised as a Verizon store affords the customer with more recourse then being totally stonewalled by the manager. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I stopped by this store because the Verizon further up Rockville Pike was crowded. I wasnt sure what to expect as it is tucked behind an auto dealer and there were boxes of routers in the space. When I entered, I was greeted right away and Shabaz provided excellent customer service. He listened to what I needed, offered several solutions and even managed to provide a refurbished iphone 5C at no charge which was perfect for my kids first phone. I will certainly come back in the future.

This was such a wonderful experience. I came in to do an upgrade. This was the first time for a Verizon Store that i didnt have to dread the awful lines. The store manager Mario and his staff were very professional and attentive to all my questions. Their customer service by far was the best. Im so happy with my new phone. I will definitely be returning to this location for my next upgrade. If anyone is looking for a pleasant experience go there. Thank you guys!!!!!

This is the best experience Ive had in a wireless store by far. I came in with some phone trouble due to water damage and I was helped immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get all of my contacts off of my water-damaged phone onto my replacement phone. Something that the Verizon customer support couldnt do over the phone. I will definitely return to this location in the future since it has great service and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This store was by far, THE BEST Verizon store I have ever been to! The staff is PHENOMENAL. They are what retail stores should be striving to be like. They really worked with me on helping me find the phone that best fits MY needs and MY lifestyle. Not to mention, the manager is really down-to-earth which made me and my family feel very comfortable while in the process of getting my new phone. Overall, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY reccomend this store! This is not a real Verizon store and has its own return/exchange policy for products outside Verizon phones. The sales rep said it was a 14 day return policy and in fact it is an exchange policy. Their mark-up is much more than Verizon. It is a shame when a rep at the real Verizon store said "we are told that we cant tell customers to not go there". This store is a sham and it is operating under the logo of Verizon. Typical "buyer beware"

Returned 2 FIOS standard definition set-top boxes and 1 digital converter. The entire process took 5 minutes. They provided paper and email receipts. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store is set back from Rockville Pike. If youre going north on Rockville Pike, turn right just prior to the Exxon station and drive go to the rear of the lot. The store is adjacent to the new 7-11.

Called Verizon one day prior and get confirmation number for a dvr box exchange, via telephone. The next they this dealer had nothing in the computer system, regarding the requested exchange. Back on the phone again, infinite holds and unanswered phone calls. Stocked in the problem. Customer service is terrible. Thank you, Verizon!!!

Went to drop off my SD boxes and get HD ones. Could not accept my return because the order takes about 3 hours to process (or so he said) but was able to give me my HD boxes and wanted me to come back to drop off in three hours. Then he didnt even give me the power cord for two of the three boxes. They never answer the phone!!!

Came in to get my plan switched from individual to family, and add a new line. Their store manager Antonio was super helpful and quick-- getting our plan set up in minutes with a short wait. He also gave us good advice on what plans to pick and what accessories wed need (or not need). This will now be my regular Verizon store.

The worst store. The workers there dont know anything. They told me over the phone they have spacific phone in white and i ask the them if they are sure and they say yes .they let me drive 20 minute to the store and when i got there they say we dont have it and the didnt even say sorry.

Customer service was great... Purchased three new phones but the phone I received was damaged and when I arrived back to the state in which I lived, tried to call and phone only rang... Now Im stuck with a damaged phone until i can get this situation fixed
