Me and my Wife worked with Ken at this store. Walked in and greeted immediately. Ken was very friendly. We both needed new phones. I knew exactly what I wanted. My wife was unsure. He qualified with direct questions and brought out 3 phones for her to try. We did direct compare using a program on Kens computer to figure out which works best for her. She got her new phone on the spot and is very happy with it and we had to order mine and it came in 3 days later. He personally called and texted me to keep in touch through the process all the way to delivery. I recommend anyone looking for a new phone to call and set an appointment with Ken.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great environment, with a nice selection of both phones and accessories. Jessica was awesome. Perfect alternative to N Hanover Mall store, recommend you do not go there. Really good experience from start to finish with continued support after the sale.
