After they fixed our iPhone, we had them work on our Laptop screen. They did not fix the issue, and over the course of two months of the attempt to fix the laptop, they ongoingly advised that a part was on the way. They did not answer any of our calls and were extremely hard to get in contact with. We picked our Laptop up from the Kiosk on yesterday after they advised we were able to get a full refund. When we arrived, the laptop was in an employees car! We waited about 30 minutes for the laptop and refund to take place all after two months! The staff at the kiosk mentioned on several instances that their manager was extremely difficult to work with and they were unable on several accounts to get in contact with him. They also mentioned that they did not enjoy working at the Kiosk because of their manager. Please really think twice before getting a computer screen fixed from this kiosk. They will take your money, but will not advise that they unable to fix the screens on laptops. Side note: Be patient with the staff at the kiosk. They appear to manage themselves, but really need a supportive manager for issues such as ours. We wish the staff and management the best or luck.

Used this place a couple of times and both time they have done great work. Fixed and iPhone 5 that would not turn on and replaced the screen of an iPhone 6 plus. Only thing is that for the iPhone 5, they had originally told me it one price but once they had fixed it they raised the price a bit. I recommend just double checking the prices and make sure they get the estimate right

Had my phone fixed here while visiting another place at the mall! Loved the service and how easy everything seemed, only downside to it is that they were busy so I had to wait a while to have my phone repaired, BUT that just shows how many people trust them with their phones! and I am now one of those people! Ill definitely be back if needed!!
