This store and Verizon in general are the definition of criminals. Every time they release a new data package, such as their new "unlimited data plan," they illegally screw you over if you turn down the plan when they offer it to you. Ive had a 16 GB data plan split between me and a family member for about 6 months. We have only used over 50% of that once, when we were on vacation streaming Netflix and we STILL only used about 8.5 GB. Note that this is when neither of our works had wi-fi. Fast forward to this month, after we turned down the "unlimited plan" because weve never used even 60% of our data. So this time around, 2 and a half weeks into this data cycle, we get notified that weve used 90% of our data. A couple days later we were charged $15 for 1 GB. And as of now weve been charged $45 for 3 over usage fees. Funny how this happens as soon as they create an unlimited plan right? Im going in to cancel my account tomorrow, and I will make it my life mission to steer as many people as possible away from you crooked, greedy scumbags. My life mission starts tomorrow at your Westminster store who has screwed me over multiple times. Never steal money from a salesperson. We are too persistent and have way too much time on our hand. This will not go away and your Westminster customers will all know of it until I know its not happening anymore.

Attitude is everything...try to have a positive one going in. I know without your precious phone your little world feels like its crumbling to the ground but there is hope. The team at this store will help you. Try to be good to them. They dont make the rules they just play by them. Pay for the insurance its worth it. Over the three days I dealt with this store, everyone and I mean everyone was nothing but nice and helpful the entire time,from getting me a replacement asap to helping me get my old phone charged to transferring my info. Thank you Jennifer! (You do rock!!!....) and thanks to you all for your help...

Attitude helps, but it is not everything. I went in with a simple request- I needed to get my phone contacts switched over to my new phone. They were unable to help with this simple, basic task. The first woman who assisted me didnt even know how to plug my device into their equipment, the second tried to plug into her personal laptop (because Verizon doesnt provide them with any) and the last guy who tried to help me simply told me their equipment didnt work with my phone. Im sure they will sell you a phone, but when it comes to technical support, dont waste your time.

Avoid Verizon and this store like the plague - customer service is absolutely horrible: either incompetent or indifferent; they wasted over an hour of my time and tried a classic "bait and switch tactic." "yeah we can swap out the phone that ha been replaced three times, you just need to pay us 300$ for the current broken phone you have and well sign you up for a new contract." I think they must have been on drugs to think this would work... They will happily screw you out of money if you arent knowledgeable and assertive.

When I first came in all of the worker had other customer so I waited my turn. Once I was helps the guy was very nice and knowledgeable of the problem I was having with my phone. Apperently all it needed was a SIM card and it was a quick fix. He was chatty and kind while we waited for the phone to update. In the end the help was free! I like this new location!

More times than not, I have terrible customer service in this store. I walk in and dont get a welcome, they wont even make eye contact with me, and instead of trying to fixing my problem, they argue with me and try to sell me more stuff to make my coverage better. I thought verizon had the best coverage? Thinking of moving to at&t.

Your better off calling the customer service line if you are having issues. Its always crowded. And the prices are high. I recommend checking out T-Mobile on band 12 in the area. Its much faster and the coverage is almost as good for almost half the price.
