I recently purchased a new phone from this store and for a few days it was fine, but after four days there was a problem with the phone volume so I went to replace the phone because they had a plan where you can switch a recently purchased phone into a same new phone within 14 days of purchase. As soon as I entered inside the store I was greeted by a employee named Ahmed. Let me tell you, I did not like his tone towards customers. When I explained the situation about my phone he wanted me to prove the problem that the device was having. Thats fine I can do that, but wasnt the plan that I can change phone within the 14 days of purchase regardless of what the issue was? I spent 30 minutes trying to explain to him what the problem was and he took my problem and suggested it was another problem trying to blame it on the customer of fault accusations of the device. Throughout that whole discussion the employee Ahmed treated me as if I did not understand anything about phone devices at all and tried to give me different cause of problems when I understood the exact problem of my device. I deal with computers everyday and its not hard to understand phone devices. I am not a repair man for phones, but I know when a device is defective. It took almost an hour and a half just to get my defective phone into a new one when I already had a plan to replace within 14 days for any problems. As a bonus never get plans for FIOS from this place, they have no idea what they are doing. I only wanted FIOS internet and they charged me for Triple Play which cost triple of what I wanted. Also it took me 5 days just to get my FIOS including nonstop frustration making 20+ calls just to get an appointment to be setup and fixing to the correct bill. If you are in this area and interested in FIOS please go to the LEGIT FIOS stores in Fair Oaks Mall and Woodbridge.

I had a similar experience with this store, I went by twice and both times was very surprised by how rude the staff working there were and how unhelpful they were. I was forcefully ordered by one staff member to sign myself in when I walked in the store and was browsing and another staff member came over to watch me sign in and ensure I was doing it properly, only to declare after he found out why I was there that it was unnecessary. Another time I walked up within minutes of the store closing knowing what phone I wanted to buy and with metaphorical money in hand only to have the woman at the counter flash a 9 at me to indicate the time I should have arrived to be helped, despite the fact that several other customers were still in the store and looked to be having questions answered about their phones still, indicating I could have been processed and out before they were. These two instances and several other contacts with staff members Ive had on these same visits or heard of through others indicate to me that this store is staff by a group that consistently doesnt care about customer service and will talk to you rudely and treat you as if your business is a favor youre receiving. Amazing to me when there is another Verizon retailer on the other side of the parking lot that has helpful staff. Avoid this place, go across the road or somewhere else. Theres no reason for such rudeness.

One Star because they will not allow anything lower. I dropped Verizon Wireless several years ago due to the sales people lying to me, and selling products that they would not support. Insurance and Backup assist to be specific. We switched to T Mobile and have had great experiences with their service and support, both in person, online and on the phone. Talking with Verizon is one of the worst experiences I have every dealt with. Their Customer service use to one of the best, but they have fallen so far Its hard to use their service again. I started with Verizon in 2004, and cut ties with my phone in 2013, and soon will cut off TV and internet. SO I got a prepaid device from them to use on a long business trip. It worked Great. When I went to add mins to my plan I found out that the Customer service person put my phone number in wrong. After four attempts, and about 45minites on HOLD , just to find out how to add data onto this devise mins to my plan an. They want to me to make a new account. I just want my account info so I can do it on line. NO INFO AVAILABLE, User ID, change the wrong phone number to a correct one, need to make a new account, JUST GIVE ME A WAY TO GIVE YOU MONEY. I will NEVER USE VERIZON EVEY AGAIN, I will ask for my money back when I get back home, I will use my T Mobile device that had about half the service in this area of AZ.

Purchased an HTC ONE and was told at the point of sale if I did not like it, I could return it within two weeks. I loved the phone but I noticed that it kept overheating on me. I have been in this situation before and know by now to take swap it out for another device because 9/10 times the same problem will occur, especially with new releases. So when I returned it, the girl at the counter took everything back and told me everything will be refunded. She failed to mention ANYTHING about charging me a restocking fee because I think she knew I would argue it over the fact that the phone was defective. So the next day I check my account and realized I was not fully refunded. I called into the store and the first representative could barely speak english yet continued to argue policy with me. The manager came on the phone afterwards and he sounded like a brainwashed individual saturated by store policy. It was like talking to a robot who kept repeating the same thing. I have been in retail before and it is simple to provide a solution for a scenario like this. Overall, avoid this place at all cost. They try to sell you bundles you dont even need for over $100 dollars. Customer service sucks. It is the Verizon version of the DMV.

I changed carriers, and went to this store to get more information about what to do with the phones we had. I had some other questions, and an African American girl with long hair answered my questions. I went back 2 days later to return my phone, and pay for my sons phone. Carlos took care of me, in a very condescending way. First of all, the girl who helped me before (as soon as she saw me) went to Carlos and they were clearly talking about me. When I returned my phone, I asked Carlos to please erase all my data and his answer was "he doesnt do it. They have "experts" who do it" Ok, I am 64 years old and not that savvy when it comes to technology, and I didnt know I could erase the data myself. When I told him I wanted to see a manager, because I didnt feel comfortable on leaving my phone with all my data, is when he told me I could do it myself, and showed me how to do it. Was he planning on getting my data later on, and use it? Not nice!
